Very Intuitive Application

I looked at nearly 70 different products, and demo'd over a dozen. Mavenlink was the only one I have stuck with because it doesn't add more work to what I am trying to do, yet has all the features I wanted. It has really helped our collaboration and efficiency.

As a web developer and designer, it works great because I can assign tasks to my clients when I need information from them. Also, with the privacy settings, they can post all the necessary usernames and passwords to their websites, along with images they want on their site. I can respond to my clients directly from my cell phone to Mavenlink and then log in to Mavenlink to view our entire chat history and attachments. I can invoice and get paid through Mavenlink, which is nice and makes me look more professional.

Simple way to manage client project collaboration online

Easy to use and helps me save time while juggling multiple clients across the US. I had been looking for a way to organize all my project communication and collaborate online with clients and subcontractors all in one place. Previously email was the preferred method of communication, but its not ideal. Mavenlink allows me to keep all group communication in one place on one page. This keeps everyone on the same page with very little additional effort. Once implemented everyone I work with can be more efficient and clients feel like they are being kept in the loop. My goal is to work smart....not hard. Using Mavenlink with other Google Apps products like gist and freshbooks is going to help me get there.

Pros: Project collaboration, time tracking, invoicing (HUGE PLUS), easy to see the entire project and all back-and-forth in one place. The new time tracking software and invoicing software have really helped my small business.

Cons: I would like private label and to be able to host it on my own URL, but I believe they are rolling that out this month.

Best Uses: I use it for all the pros listed above, and I can track all of my subcontractors, service providers, and most importantly, employees. They also integrated with Google Apps, which takes the cloud computing to the next level.

Great Small Business Product

I have been using this product for awhile now and it really makes project collaboration easy and efficient. They continue to roll-out new product features that has turned it from a project collaboration product to a full-on suite.

Best Uses: Handling multiple clients on multiple projects and being able to manage them effectively in one place.
