OneSaas has been one of missing pieces to our online business. It has bridged the gap between our various online applications (accounting, marketplace, mailing lists) aswell as our 3PL (Third Party Logistics provider. Simply put, we've saved many thousands of dollars in customised integrations between our online applications, and removed manual tasks such as importing sales orders into our accounting systems. This is a tool that we couldn't live without. Transferring customer order shipping tracking information from our 3PL to our online store, automatically has saved our team at least 20hrs a month - aswell as needing staff on standby everyday to complete these tasks! This is pure gold.

Pros: Value for money hands down you cannot go past this integration service. With many integrations being developed constantly and with upgrades/new features being added frequently, we are increasingly automating our business as we grow! I love it!

Cons: It doesn't make my morning coffee.

Simple integration with great flexibility

OneSaas has greatly improved what we can offer our clients. While OneSaas is an amazing tool in itself, the level of service to any requests is unsurpassed. Using OneSaas leads to a saving in time and money. Double handling of data can be eliminated, which reduces mistakes. It also gives us the flexibility to choose the best application for each situation without having to worry about the integration as that is handled by OneSaas. Also great to see the speed with which new platforms are integrated.

Through detailed answers to my initial enquiries, amazingly fast setup of all the integrations (currently 6 platforms connected) and timely fixes of a few little teething issues (mostly due to my own learning curve), Corneliu has repeatedly proven himself to be extremely proficient in his understanding of various platforms. His honest desire to make sure things are working to make our live's easier is apparent everytime I have a query or new integration to implement. Corneliu's previous e-commerce experience shines through in his obvious understanding of the increasingly important need to seemlessly share data between various systems and key stakeholders. For us, this means automated pushing of data from all sales channels (multiple websites, ebay ID's and offline sales) into our accounting system (Saasu) and Mailchimp, as well as forwading of orders ready for shipment directly to warehouse for order fulfillment.

Cons: It would be good to have a bit more customization in terms of manipulating/editing/filtering/pushing data within the onesaas platform will be great when they come about, but I believe these are in the works for updates coming in the next few months.
