Pros: Quick, simple, does the job
Cons: would like an off line version as well.
Best Uses: Controling the purchasing for 3 logistics sites

Pros: Its web based so didnt need buy in from the IT department
Cons: Would have liked a stock control module
Best Uses: Currently have 3 people using and me signing off expenditure
