Customer Support is Poor

I will not comment on the system since we (me and my colleagues) got too frustrated with Customer Support not answering any of our questions when we were trying it out. Live Chat is non-existent and we only got "How can I help you today?" automated replies every time we tried. The questions we submitted remain unanswered. The people who answer their phone don't know anything. They did their system upgrade for several hours during peak business hours on a business day and the phone "answerers" didn't know about it, nor did they know who to refer us to for our concerns. We called their attention to the unresponsive live chat and we were just told that the live chat operators are outsourced and not in the same office. Bad customer support makes me seriously doubt the integrity of the company.

Pros: Ease and patient manner of the entire support staff, they walked me through the entire process. Held my hand, so to speak.
Cons: Not savvy enough to discuss this aspect of it yet.
Review Context: Retired gov't worker, not too knowledgable, but trying hard. When I retired, 1995, none of the people in the field had computers, or were trained to use them. Very few, even in the regional offices were equipped or had the skill to use them.
It automated the sales flow of my business

The #1 thing Premium Web Cart has done for me is to automate the sales flow of my business and seamlessly integrate the combination of emails, auto printed documents, and sales calls into one sequence of events. I used to strictly use a stand alone auto responder, and while empaling is still a great sales tool for me, it's amazing what a follow up "snail mail" did for my conversions. It's so uncommon for people to send a letter or make a phone call that my business really stands out from all the others and I get so many positive comments from my customers that I never received when I was a nameless and faceless emailer.

Pros: I like the fact that I log into 1 area and manage my entire business. I ditched Aweber, Basecamp, Live Chat and Kayako and now just use Premium Web Cart for all the things I was using before. But now it's all in one and cheaper to boot.
Cons: It's hard to find fault with the system but I did have an issue with my 1st e-Business Advisor as he didn't understand my business (it's a very small niche). I was able to get a different advisor and he understood things much better but I lost a week
Review Context: I'm a high end consultant that teaches small business operators how to take their offline business to the next level with a highly optimized web presence. Can't say my niche as it's small but highly lucrative.

Premium Web Cart was obviously created by internet marketing pros that understand internet marketing and how to convert more traffic into sales. If you plan on selling from only one website, read no further and keep your day job. If you see the light on why you need 10 to 20 sites, there is only one game in town that allows for true ecommerce customization with one login. Let's be real: you might be selling the exact same product on two different websites that attack two opposite demographics....wouldn't you want your own unique upsell path optimized for each market? PWC understands "conversion". Remember, folks coming to your sites will a)buy, b)not buy and never buy, or c) not buy because they need a little more to pull the trigger. Option C is the realm of great opportunity. Accomodoate those Option C shoppers with click to call, chat, and intuitive self help to capture those sales instead of your competition. Premium Web Cart integrate this all under one roof, easy.

Pros: If you like your IPhone, you'll like Premium Web Cart. Intuitive screens eliminate the hassle of changing, tweaking and optimizing. Have a question? You can speak to a human with fast turn around times.
Cons: Would like to see a bit more automation on live chat

I was using another solution, but became very unsatisfied with the support and software system itself. It was very buggy, and paying affiliates was a nightmare! Sometimes it would take me 2 full days just to pay the affiliates. I signed up for another onet, but it was incredibly difficult to use and unbelievably pricey. I couldn't even figure out how to get started. I was starting to think all was lost, but then found PremiumWebCart. This is the best software program I have ever used, and I am extremely happy with my decision to go with them. Also, I thought the switch would be a nightmare, but their support team was AWESOME and helped me every step of the way. The best part is the support was absolutely Free! I can now pay my affiliates with 1 click, and I save so much time and effort. Not only is this a Great Shopping Cart, but it is a Great Marketing Solution. I have boost my revenue more than 40%, and this is all thanks to Premium Web Cart. I just can't say enough about PremiumWebCart

Cons: Can't always get a hold of right away on the weekends
