I no longer hate QuickBooks!

I was struggling to keep pace with my 80 properties with Excel and QuickBooks. Once I started using PropertyBoss I went from spending 70 hours a week to spending 10-20 hours a week managing my properties and am now able to spend my time on what's important - growing my business.

Pros: Very easy to use, support is OUTSTANDING, updates are introduced often with great new features, web portals make sending statements to owners and receiving payments from tenants automatic.
Cons: Why didn't I find about this sooner!??!
Best Uses: Tracking when tenants are late, generating late notices and leases, storing all of my important documents electronically, listing my available units online, creating custom reports to make posting assessments and fees to multiple tenants easily
