ProspectStream 3 is a SaaS application to handle prospect & lead management. It helps you to identify the total number of businesses that could ever buy your solution. The dashboard is very clean and it didn“t take me much time to get started. One of the best features of ProspectStream 3 is the possibility to export or import your prospect. Whereas normal CRMs focus more on clients this application is strongly prospect oriented.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive dashboard
Cons: Basic edition is quite limited for the price that you have to pay

The package elevates selling skill sets. We have used it with full time and seasonal temporary employees, both in the field and office based. Using Prospect Stream has helped us increase sales and improve productivity. I like the way we capture data at each record. Dispositions are logged and campaigns are reestablished every year which has improved account continuity. Campaign feature helps us organize the work. Making messaging more effective. This creates a repeatable process with our prospecting efforts.

Pros: - adding account records is very easy. - report functionality - the product works right out of the box - flexible account sorting capabilities - ability to easily customize certain features
Review Context: Large business to business presence in gifting which makes the business is very seasonal. Lots of records in a limited period of time.

I have been using ProspectStream version 3 with clients for more than a year now. I am also a Goldmine user (grudgingly) and there is simply no comparison. Not even sure why I mention it, except the sales automation space seems to be dominated by GM and SalesForce. ProspectStream is the only software on the market that builds best practices into the software. Being a consultant who builds outbound prospect calling campaigns for my clients, ProspectStream enables me to get callers making sophisticated calls quickly.

Pros: Extremely inuitive, non-distracting and simple interface for users. Fast - especially important because callers depend on clicking between different areas of messaging while on a live call. No screen refresh delay. Powerful admin and data controls
Cons: Not as easy for an administrator to use as it is for a user/caller. But loading, attributing and assigning fields for a new database in ProspectStream is only slightly more convoluted than setting up an appointment in Goldmine. I wish I were joking.
