Rave Review is a very user-friendly application. It will make accessing review data simple because information is stored on-line and in one place. It also eliminates paper and complex review templates. They will work with you to personalize the review for your company, making it feel like it was built just for you.

Pros: The best part about Rave Review is the helpful staff. They are responsive and committed to providing the customer with a useful product.
Cons: Nothing.
Best Uses: The application allows you to collect insightful data from numerous people and have easy access to it from any web-accessible location. It eliminates paper and is very efficient. It helps simplify the complex review process.
Review Context: I am a new user of the Rave Review application. The staff provided me with on-line training and quickly answered my questions. They also made changes to our documents as requested and even provided helpful suggestions for improvement.

I've used a few Evaluation platforms at various companies, Rave Review is by far the most user friendly and intuitive platform I've used. Great features, reliable, low maintenance and great customer support when setting up the tool.
