We signed up for the Free Edition and after a couple of months upgraded to Premium Edition to get some of the advanced features like email synchronization. Like it says, its real simple to use. Fast too!

Pros: Easy to use Fast Clean and clear screens Enough functionality, but not full of annoying "features" that just get in the way Timely support desk The price! Free!
Cons: Some of the help section could be better - more videos for example
