Resfly is the fastest way to post your jobs to job boards and social networks. As an applicant tracking system it works for any company and any size. The context-sensitive help has been enabled for each field. That means that the system displays help even as you populate fields for the job submission process. In addition, the service has an excellent feedback and support sidebar that is displayed on each screen. The submission is easy and effective: all you need to do is enter an email address and text for each description. If you believe that you can gain in HR productivity, Resfly is excellent value for money because it optimizes existing processes and enables collaboration.

The idea itself is great, but I was left unsatisfied. Perhaps it varies by industry, but I'm in a common one and received an extremely low quality of candidates (for multiple job postings). There were also some issues with broken links being distributed to the job boards, though this got fixed.
