I like the ResuWe system and User Interface. The ResuWe folks are responsive and helpful and it is very efficient to have all our recruiting applications in one place.

Pros: Integration with our site was great and seemless and our new career page helps us look like a more professional organization.
Best Uses: We have been able to identify top applicants for our positions quickly with minimal recruiting costs.

Pros: Posts jobs to free job boards, universal track back url for each job, resumes come in auto-ranked based on key words. Very easy to use, can add users without paying more $.
