No surprise: It´s the best web-based software I have ever used

I think it is no surprise when I say that Salesforce.com is the best web-based software I have ever used. It just includes everything that you need for satisfied customers, marketing and sales. My favourite feature, even though it is nothing special is Chatter. It provides real-time alerts and collaboration between my team and it is just perfect. Overall, we were thrilled with the features and the tools of Salesforce.com.

Pros: Chatter Employees have the opportunity to view another colleague’s profile
Cons: The results that Radian6 gives me are sometimes too much spam results
Best Uses: Every type of business can use it.
