Perfect for mortgage management

I found the site to be really easy to use - all the screens are so simple to use and I was able to get up-and-running in no time. It helps me manage my investment property but I'm going to also use it for my home expenses.

Pros: - easy to use - simple (no accounting terminology!) - loads of useful features, including cashflow and cashflow anaytics - automated reminders, scheduled cashflow entries - streetfolio calculates my yield, LVR and net cashflow values
Best Uses: - I log in and do my cashflow entries about once a week - I look at the analytics when I need to (tax time, end of year, etc)
