Good looking but with some functionality GAP

AtTask struck me as very intuitive and very good at project collaboration. To my surprise it lacked support for a basic feature like client billing in different currencies.

Pros: Great on collaboration and at the very top when it comes to design
Cons: No support for multi currency
Review Context: We are a professional services firm looking for a PSA software (Professional Services Automation) and one of our most basic needs is to be able to bill our clients (that are in different countries).

It really offers a lot of power and a great ability to deliver customized reports about virtually anything related to work. One of the most interesting part is the integration of all modules into a single solution: issue tracking, project management, time tracking, resource management, and portfolio management.

Pros: Availability in multiple languages
Cons: Setting up of the application requires a bit of help since there are so many possibilities it can be configured to match your own needs .
Most useable PPM solution I've seen

You won't be disappointed with the product, but plan on getting best-practice orientation from an @task consultant. We use @task's integrated issue management system for all IT requests; time tracking; process management for our legal and finance groups; and standard project management functions for all ad-hoc projects. We haven't gotten into the resource management, capacity planning, or portfolio management areas of the application yet.

Pros: Once you get into the product, you quickly see that it's flexibility and ability to deliver data the way you need it is something you love more as you use the product more. Very good solution
Cons: @task can be configured to many ways that its hard to understand what is the best way to do something.
Effective and easy to use collaboration tool for large project teams

The tool is effective for creating a project where a large team can keep track with the project status. It makes the project more productive and allow to gain time. @task is packed with features but the is pricing is high when compared with other solutions in the market, it is more suited for the higher end market

Pros: Easy web-based navigation but reading the documentation is a must to fully understand the scope of the product. No software installation is needed
Cons: Pricing means it is only for certain company sizes
