Within the customer support, ticketing and team collaboration market, TeamSupport offers a great deal of flexibility with a minimal price tag. There is fierce competition in this space. For a SaaS/Cloud vendor, the attention paid to security from a delivery and application standpoint is impressive. TeamSupport offers an excellent range of support options, which are included in the monthly subscription. Organizations can take advantage of the Live Chat feature, which can be added to all editions. This gives organizations the ability to offer live support, direct from their website. An intuitive interface is a key feature of TeamSupport as a significant percentage of its customer base contracts its services and very rarely needs to interact with the vendor for support or configuration changes.

Your support staff can use the solution to collaborate with each other and with their clients to resolve tickets. The ticket generation process is automated and requires two simple clicks. However, TeamSupport’s real value is best experienced after the ticket has been generated and is in the system.

Pros: Great value for money in a niche space; Packed with useful features. Integration with Zoho Reports, Screen recording

Cons: Could do with more social media integration

Best Uses: If you value speed and customization in your support software, then TeamSupport is definitely for you.



Nice integrations

We have been using TeamSupport for about a year now and these guys have been on the ball with integrations. We started using the Mailchimp integration to manage a product update list. Basically, you fill in a few fields into your TeamSupport account regarding your Mailchimp account, and the name of the list you want sync'd up with your support contacts - and that's it. They made it super easy to setup in about 30 seconds.

Pros: It's real easy to setup and make your own.

Cons: Nothing to mention. These guys have been great.

Best Uses: We track support requests on our product and keep customers up to date with our latest revisions.

great automation feature

we've been using teamsupport for about 6 months and have been really happy with it. they have an automation feature that can take action on so many things like escalation, reassignment, auto updates to customers, etc. there are other solutions that have similar feature but not near as complete as this one.

Great Green Product

Great, easy to use tool. Works with our existing Highrise CRM application, automated our ticketing process and as a bonus has allowed us to eliminate the need for paper customer tracking files.

Pros: The look and feel, the ease of use and the Highrise integration. It documents everything we do, making it easier for anyone to jump in and respond to an issue. Customers really appreciate the lessened response time and online access to the system.

Best Uses: To open and track tickets for clients and they can log-in to monitor progress, ask more questions, and interact directly with our support staff.

Review Context: We are a customer support center. We receive a large amount of incoming user support calls. We used to refer back to paper files, which was time consuming and pretty inefficient.
