I Don't Know How I Did It Before TackVia

We first looked at WebOffice but found that it just didn’t allow us the flexibility to make the changes we needed. It didn’t have enough features for us. I looked at QuickBase, but there were too many limitations, including tight restrictions and extra fees for records and users. Pricing was clearly going to be an issue, resulting in questionable ROI. After researching different players in the cloud database market, I decided to implement TrackVia. Within a couple of days we could start to see the benefits of changing to TrackVia.

Pros: We are no longer reliant on emails or manual, error-prone processes. With TrackVia we have vastly improved efficiency, data accuracy, and execution confidence. We couldn't imagine a better platform to help drive our firm's growth.
Best Uses: We started with improving our communications to make sure all reservations were recorded without errors. Now, we use TrackVia for virtually ever facet of business operations.

TrackVia’s combination of ease-of-use, data security, and powerful productivity and workflow features made choosing TrackVia a no-brainer for Healthways. Within two months of deploying TrackVia, we were able to transition an employee responsible for managing data full-time into another, more strategic role within the organization. Growth within the screening business has exceeded 25% year-over-year, and with TrackVia in place, the Web Operations team has been able to support this growth while decreasing staffing by 20%.

Pros: Implementing TrackVia to manage inventory workflow and communicate daily status on a nationwide basis has yielded tremendous benefits. Productivity has increased among regional distribution teams. TrackVia has saved each of them 5-10 hours per week.

I’ve been using personal computers since the late ‘70’s. By far, TrackVia is the easiest to use and best support product I’ve ever encountered. I’ve worked with Intuit, Microsoft, Filemaker, and dozens of other software firms. I was accustomed to either bracing myself for a long day ‘on hold’ or simply receiving a ‘form letter’ response. My experience with TrackVia was refreshingly different. TrackVia’s OnLine Database – Professional Edition met virtually all of my requirements out of the box. TrackVia’s user-based subscription pricing model is economical. We don’t have to buy software, discs, updates, or anything else. TrackVia delivers SaaS economies and benefits as advertised. This is a success story – for them, for CMEA, and for our entrepreneurs.

Pros: Given the importance of data confidentiality to our team and our entrepreneurs, TrackVia’s click forensic capability provides us with tremendous peace of mind. TrackVia is extremely reliable.

Best Uses: With TrackVia, our team stays coordinated. We can quickly search any deal to see historical context, the latest developments, and action items. We can also deliver timely responses and updates to our prospects. All of this is key for us.

Working with TrackVia is particularly refreshing for anyone accustomed to the rigors and challenges of coordinating with 3rd party developers or IT. TrackVia is a treasure. It is easy to use, agile, and powerful. It truly allows a non-technical business user to go from ‘idea’ to ‘launch’ in a matter of days. With TrackVia, our managers could enter their assessments one-time, the data was automatically consolidated, and all of us could see the results in real-time. The efficiencies gained by using TrackVia were tremendous.
