Great Company & Phenomenal Product

TrackVia is a great company, with a phenomenal product. The platform allowed us to quickly, efficiently, and securely manage our cases, while collaborating in real-time amongst our staff and program partners. We love the ability to publish web forms that automatically update the database. We setup alerts when this data comes in that kicks off workflows to get our team working on new cases immediately. TrackVia provides the vehicle for keeping all of the program participants on the same page. We can make and see updates in real-time, so all parties know the latest status, actions, and expectations.

Pros: Applicants are providing important personal information. We needed to ensure that this information was securely stored, and accessed or viewed only by parties with the proper privileges. “We used web forms in combination with TrackVia’s email alerts
Cons: None worth noting.
Best Uses: We used web forms in combination with TrackVia’s email alerts and distribution schedules to enable automated workflows. Any time a new applicant completes a web form, our staff is notified. I am very pleased with the efficiencies and response time.
Review Context: As an Executive Director, I deal with a wide array of vendors and partners. It is rare to find a partner that delivers support with the focus and attention to detail TrackVia delivers. I look at them as an extension of my team.

We need a complete and accurate order history so that we can recommend the right products, at the right price, at the right time. Data management is a critical piece to providing this level of customer service. With TrackVia our problems are solved – plus, we were able to set it up in less than a day! We would be lost without TrackVia – using another tool would make it more difficult to run the business.

TrackVia Has Become the Backbone of Our Office

When I first came across TrackVia, I knew this was the solution for me. It was refreshing to come across a database that I could not only learn quickly with limited IT knowledge but also get up and running in no time. TrackVia has become the backbone of our office. Each piece of information essential to managing our listings and our client relationships is handled by TrackVia. From our client database to our property listings, html emails and lease tracking, TrackVia handles it all with ease. Also, TrackVia has virtually eliminated our need for a VPN. Brokers can access property information and brochures from anywhere with an internet connection, no matter what time of day.

Pros: Brokers have found the system very user friendly, and there was little if any learning curve in getting them to adopt and use TrackVia.

I had used databases in the past but had never set one up. Despite my inexperience, I was able to get TrackVia up and running in two days and actually had fun doing it. TrackVia is so intuitive that I was able to setup my database, forms, and views without reading a bunch of materials or taking a training course. Management and other departments have requested access to TrackVia once they saw how simple and powerful it is.

Pros: We would not have been able to keep up with the growth in lease defaults due to the struggling economy without the efficiency gains afforded by TrackVia. TrackVia saves an estimated 20 hours per month and paid for itself in less than a week.
Cons: None.
Best Uses: To summarize all the data about a case into an automatically generated cover sheet that gets sent to a law firm, along with other documents, when they get assigned a case. Defining dashboard views and reports that are used daily.

I was amazed with TrackVia’s ability to combine ease of use, platform flexibility, and powerful features. I built a fully customized customer support solution in less than one day and rolled it into production the following day! TrackVia has incorporated a lot of forward thinking into its product. They have developed a very simple user interface on top of a feature rich relational database that can be securely accessed and shared over the web. We have barely tapped the surface of TrackVia’s capabilities. We continue to find more processes and solutions that can be optimized through TrackVia’s platform.

Pros: TrackVia provides real-time visibility into key performance metrics, which instills accountability and gives us critical insight on where we need to improve. Support is there when we need it. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
Best Uses: TrackVia is such a powerful platform. We started using TrackVia for virtually everything that used to be managed on stand-alone spreadsheets, and I’m sure the use cases will only continue to expand.
