WebSource CPQ API - Ease of automation

We have leveraged the WebSource CPQ API for two years plus now and it has considerably streamlined our operational order processing efforts. All of our Distributor EDI orders (roughly 95% of our business) go through the CPQ API, which has reduced a 4-person Order Processing Team down to 1 person and sped up the time from order to fulfillment. Webcom was also very responsive and flexible to our business needs and developed several custom actions we required to make orders flow smoothly. I would recommend WebSource CPQ to any business who was looking to make the business of order placement, processing, and fulfillment more reliable and efficient.

Overall experience with this app has been very good. When I first started researching into a quoting system one of WebSource's competitors actually recommended their product to me since we were looking for a product that didn't take major time and cost to get the system up and running. We were able to configure the system on our own with great support from their Pre-sales and Support team. Their support has been very responsive and knowledgeable. Our sales team is very pleased with the flexibility and ease of use of the product and the management team with the approval process. We highly recommend this product.
