Zoho CRM is straight forward and very easy to use. You are able to set up and start running in no time. Once you are using the system you fall into a routine and the flexibility allows you to modify your processes as you grow and change.

Pros: Custom views have proved to be very helpful keeping track of my leads. I am able to follow and connect with leads I might have missed otherwise.
Cons: Could use a better workflow with Gmail

Keeping track of all processes and actions with each person you deal with is a difficult task. This CRM solution is a great problem solver for small businesses who start building relationships with other people. What I like about Zoho CRM is that you can customize all your fields and like that satisfy very different needs. In my company we use Zoho CRM in different departments (Sales and Marketing). Thanks to the customizable views I don´t have to fish out my contacts among the contacts of my colleauges.

Perfect CRM for our small business needs

We made the choice of Zoho CRM after carefully reviewing many other options such as SugarCRM and Saleforce. What really made us choose Zoho initially was the free trial for three users. Set-up has been straightforward and learning how to use the product is very easy. We quickly had to upgrade in order to fully benefit from additional features such as mass emailing and invoicing but the monthly subscription is very affordable. Zoho CRM is now a core tool for our business. Most of what we do that is related to the external world goes through the product, contacts, leads, marketing campaigns, newsletter, invoicing, website contact forms... We really love it and consider it as amazing value for money.

Pros: easy to start and to run free version and affordable subscriptions
Cons: lack of integration with other tools such as mailchimp email marketing capabilities are limited
Best Uses: Main tool to manage contacts, leads, campaigns, invoices...

We reviewed several CRM packages and chose Zoho due to its flexible model (pricing and functionality) We upgraded to the paid version after a few months when we needed more functionality. We now use it in conjunction with Zoho Invoice and Google Apps
