Fantastic Prospecting Tool

I have been using ProspectStream version 3 with clients for more than a year now. I am also a Goldmine user (grudgingly) and there is simply no comparison. Not even sure why I mention it, except the sales automation space seems to be dominated by GM and SalesForce. ProspectStream is the only software on the market that builds best practices into the software. Being a consultant who builds outbound prospect calling campaigns for my clients, ProspectStream enables me to get callers making sophisticated calls quickly.

Pros: Extremely inuitive, non-distracting and simple interface for users. Fast - especially important because callers depend on clicking between different areas of messaging while on a live call. No screen refresh delay. Powerful admin and data controls
Cons: Not as easy for an administrator to use as it is for a user/caller. But loading, attributing and assigning fields for a new database in ProspectStream is only slightly more convoluted than setting up an appointment in Goldmine. I wish I were joking.

This is something I would recommend to a company that has a marketing department and needs a way to test landing pages on the fly without interrupting the IT and web development side. Ion makes it clear that this system is built with marketers in mind, not necessarily code-minded people. It’s simple and easy to use, but also builds nice code on the back end.

Pros: All of the pages created are SEO compliant. You can use the canonical tag to point the search engines at the “real” version, or add a “noindex” if you don’t want these pages in the index. You can add in your own tracking code.

Successful B2B email marketing

The Email Marketing Software from Pinpointe offers for B2B users like me more creation and monitoring features than we could find in ordinary B2C email marketing services. One very useful feature is for example the customizable From field. If you create an email marketing campaign with Pinpointe you can import contacts from an Excel, Outlook or CSF file without problems. The software enables you as well to add information about a client as a note. You can choose from different report options, all of them are easy to create.

Pros: The software offers great features like surveys, an email previewer, a spam checker, etc. I also like very much Pinpointe's email creator which helps you to prepare full HTML emails.
Cons: Social media integration and complaints report is missing.

Tried Dropbox for teams, it was too pricy. Tried GoodReader - way too complicated. This one's just right and the support is better than any of our other IT vendors.

Pros: Fast, easy, cheaper than competitors and saves me a lot of time.
Cons: I'd like to be able to email docs directly from the app.
Best Uses: I use it to sync internal memos, marketing content, product information, instruction manuals, sales commission reports and other reports such as velocity and quarterly sales.

Pros: Nightly emails sends notices to employee that they have tasks that require attention. Easy to use CRM solution.

Fantastic tool for voluntary work

We use Workbooks to keep track of all our members, providers, volunteers and sponsors; communication and for managing activities. It saves vital time, which is invaluable when you are running a voluntary project as well as a business. Most importantly for me, it is easy to use and quick to learn. I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in, it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need. I can easily send emails or track projects. I like the fact that we can easily personalise it to meet our unique project requirements. I am keen to now use it in my training business.

Pros: Quick to set up, easy to use and very reliable. It is also free to use for up to 2 users, which is fantastic value for a voluntary project or small business. It was so easy to convert over the data from our existing Works database into Workbooks.
Cons: I haven't found the time to really utilise so much more of what it is capable of. I am just at the tip of the iceberg of all its functions. My fault, not Workbooks.
Best Uses: Contact management, activity tracking and communication. As my volunteer helper is remote from me, it enables us to share information instantly.

I have been using Email Marketing Software for years now, and I only have praises for it. It is bound only by your server's limits, and can send emails very quickly. It has been completely revamped recently, and version 5 simply blew the competition away! Now I finally have a fast, reliable and comprehensive email marketing solution, in which I can track all aspects of my email and autoresponder campaigns. Great job!

Easy to get started marketing automation. Suitable for small business

This lead management/nurturing app is good value for money ($750 per month) and accessible to a small business. We use it in combination with sugarCRM and the integration process has been smooth and straightforward. All the basic marketing automation features you can expect are available. We found the pre-built campaign templates very useful in order to guide us on how to get started.

With the new look of the application, user experience is enriched and the system looks clean and fresh with the organized menus. Also Impel has a range of themes to select. The system performance is even better with the new look. a faster and simpler CRM system.

If you are looking for the best, most useful, full of bells and whistles online survey software in the cloud that you can find, then yes, this is the software for you. However, if you have a very limited budget, and a small clientele and don’t plan to send out many surveys, the pro version might feel expensive and the free version might feel inadequate. As a small business owner myself, I can envision using this software for a variety of uses past surveys and polls. Check it out for yourself, and I’m sure you’ll be impressed as I am.
