ProspectStream 3 is a SaaS application to handle prospect & lead management. It helps you to identify the total number of businesses that could ever buy your solution. The dashboard is very clean and it didn´t take me much time to get started. One of the best features of ProspectStream 3 is the possibility to export or import your prospect. Whereas normal CRMs focus more on clients this application is strongly prospect oriented.

Cons: Basic edition is quite limited for the price that you have to pay

Review for Brightpearl

Possibly the best Cloud Accounting/CRM Solution there is ......

What can I say except thank you - we've been looking for a Cloud Based accounting solution for a long time and by pure serendipity came across Brightpearl. It is an excellent product and the support when needed (we never read manuals !) far exceeds our wildest dreams. As a small, but growing company, we needed a solution that would grow with us, that took away the hassle and was available to us wherever we were - Brightpearl provides all of that and more, and now it integrates with Google Apps as well. All we need now is an Android App (or iApp I suppose) !

Review for Maximizer CRM

Good product but the support could be better

I've been a maximizer customer for about 8 years. Good product but the service, even for paid maintenance contract subscribers, could be better. The training resources are a bit weak. Its suited for larger companies with tech staff who can implement and maintain this database. I love the product.....but the service is a work in progress.

A CRM that doesn't just store information, but actually helps to sell

Old system was based on an Excel spreadsheet of leads with notes in one column on actions, and various colour coding and so on to try to fragment it. But it was inconsistent, not systematic, messy, awkward to handle, cumbersome to access, uninspiring, soul destroying even. We were ready for something better but weren’t actively searching for fear of the cost involved. With OnePage the whole system became motivating and pleasurable. I like opening OnePageCRM and seeing what’s made its way back onto the radar as a lead, prospect or customer with more potential for us

Pros: Most CRM systems are really not about helping the salesperson sell, they are about giving everyone else visibility into the sales pipeline and sales activities. OnePage CRM helps focus on prospects, follow up with them and actually sell.

Cons: While I think OnePage is great for our business, I think it just doesn't have enough customization options for big companies, with 20+ people involved in sales.

Review Context: My company is involved in Online Publishing and Copywriting Services. It's a small market with a large majority of the leads easily identifiable. We would email them information, make phone calls, set up demonstrations.

From the technical integration perspective it was a painless effort to configure GetSatisfaction to synch with Salesforce's Support Cloud. Our support team can now let the Get Sat community attempt to provide answers before dedicating internal support staff resources...all while managing the status of discussions from within Salesforce. Get Satisfaction produced a very clean and simple approach to accomplishing this.

With NetSuite’s highly customizable interface, the power is in your hands to mold it to fit your company’s specific needs and purposes. The data organization is extensive yet intuitive so that every user can easily find the information they need in a centralization record location. And with the ability to custom design each user’s dashboard (homepage), you can control access and deliver customizable reports so that each user, from Sales Rep to Marketing Executive to Customer Service, can focus on the data that pertains to them. Thanks to NetSuite CRM, I have the ability to tailor reports and KPIs to provide our employees with the pertinent information they need to access real time, on the field and due to this visibility, NetSuite has proven to be the tool which has increased Sales and stimulated our business efficiency.

Review Context: I have had the opportunity to Administer NetSuite CRM for both a small retail company and a large educational publisher. This system has proven to be equally effective and beneficial to each different business model.
