For beginners like me, Zoho Show is fantastic. This tool already offers different designs that I always use to save time. For the users that want a unique presentation they can go ahead and create their own design. Cliparts and shapes generate your slides into a good looking presentation which catches the attention of the audience easily. All you need to access Zoho Show is an internet browser, there is nothing to install or update which I find very convincing.

Getting started with Zoho Meeting is pretty simple, thanks to its demo videos and screenshots that make sure that you are ready to start in a few minutes. You can even ask for a personalized demo. It basically provides users with all the necessary features to host online meetings that you would expect from a good application. Zoho Meetings is free for one user but also the pricing plans are affordable. Positive: You can sign in through your Google or Yahoo account!

Used Powernoodle to facilitate a broad community-based collaboration to identify opportunities and strategies to help shape future economic development initiatives. Powernoodle's help resources and weekly live web-based training were excellent, and set us up well to take full advantage of the tool; minimal investment of time to figure out how to use it; major bonus that it supports both real time and asynchronous brainstorming. Must say, Powernoodle staff were AMAZING and very supportive. Highly recommend this tool.

A great way to keep track of appointments

Any small business with a modest budget that is dependent on keeping and tracking customer appointments will find a solution like TimeCenter.com to be very convenient. TimeCenter.com can literally become a virtual scheduling assistant and it takes very little effort to populate the appointment calendar and customize the reminder texts/emails. I thought the ability to email and text promotional information to clients between appointments was a clever feature.
