A simple platform through it WYSIWYG editor lowers administration time for companies, thereby reducing costs and increasing ROI. Thanks to its behavioural targeting, Pinpointe can also acquire information from prospects which can be used to refine future campaigns.

Time to make a change after 2 years. Go elsewhere for service. Better options with better employee attitudes, better editors, faster servers and servers that don't crash losing your work. Many excuses and no straight answers.

Pros: Cost effective - not really
Cons: Poor editors. Won't take HTML from Dreamweaver. Poor attitude of US based Tech Supervisors. If you go over your contact limit they don't tell you by email and will hold your pending release even if it is destined for only 50% of your total allowed.

Surveys are crucial and important for you to determine and know more about your customer tastes and preferences. Having used several survey tools earlier, I am pretty impressed by the range of functionality and price points offered by SurveyTool. The application intends to move past the out-dated text and button style of other survey sites and make use of JavaScript to give users a faster, simpler experience.

SurveyGizmo is among the most easy to use, best priced, feature packed internet survey software packages I have seen. And I’ve seen a number of them. I highly recommend it. And if you’re conducting fewer than 250 responses a month, it is absolutely free and includes just about everything you need. And it’s easy…very Web 2.0ish.

Pros: SurveyGizmo’s survey development environment is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require any training or instruction. what I need to click in order to add my first question. The entire interface is like that
Cons: nothing special
Best Uses: I really like SurveyGizmo. I like the clean interface, the variety of features and the fact that it appears that they are constantly updating it with new capabilities. I recommend this survey package

At first I thought it was just another form builder but the more I clicked around the more awesome tools I discovered. It also is cheapest form builder I have found and seems to have more functionality.

Pros: I like the unlimited fields for a free account as well as the seamless sync with box once I upgraded.
Cons: Offers so many features, it took me a little while to find them all!
Review Context: I do web design and love bizodo because it lets me set up accounts for my clients and then pass it onto them with ease as well as give them a great crm and project management tools. I look like the hero.

We tried different packages but this one offered the best features and flexibility when it comes to customizing the the logic and the look of the survey

Pros: Nice UI, easy to use, very flexible, extensive set of features
Best Uses: We use it to automatically email a survey invitation when new customers are added to our system.
Review Context: I am responsible to the customer service department and we use this tool to gage customer satisfaction.
