This is what I have been waiting for! So nice to let this part of my business be handled by someone else! And for collections, if ZenCash doesn't help you collect, you don't owe a DIME. But if they do ... you're STOKED!

Pros: So clean. So easy. It's a win / win. Friendly support team.
Cons: I wish I could set up an action timeline per invoice ... but I talked to the support team and they said that is coming.
Review Context: I started my own web-design business about 4 years ago. Getting paid on time can be such a pain.

Kashoo is a barebones accounting system, if you have the absolute most basic of accounting needs, it kind of works. Now that they seem to have sorted the issues they had a few months ago (they were down for days and weeks on end), its OK

Pros: Simple able to log in anywhere relatively inexpensive
Cons: Buggy Inventory feature stinks, keeps getting corrupted, losing the inventory onhand Not very robust poor manual adjustment tools Poor customer billing/no statement tools

Making Data Import Into QuickBooks Easy

QuickBooks is one of the most popular accounting applications with 4 million users worldwide. However, there is no easy way to import transactions from Excel spreadsheets into QuickBooks, which is a tragedy considering excel is the most popular application for crunching numbers and preparing statements. Zed Axis is the solution. It works through QuickBooks, which means that the Zed Axis should be installed next to QuickBooks to enable data import, export and update.

I have recently carried out an assessment of RSDataWeb as a software package and am very impressed with it. I found it easy to use and understand. It uses simple, friendly and intuitive screens, and makes powerful and effective use of web-based processes to manage the various types of data required for Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. I am pleased to recommend it as a modern and comprehensive means of easing the workload and minimising the costs associated with the handling SMSFs.

Cons: Still fairly new, but seems to be solid and stable
Best Uses: Should work well for any size of workload, but will be particularly effective for firms handling large numbers of SMSFs.

Best for small businesses with at least five or more employees

Timesheets.com is one of the most robust and thorough applications I have seen in this space. That said the solution is probably best for small businesses with at least five or more employees – for smaller companies Timesheets.com might be a little too robust. Never-the-less, Timesheets.com does offer small businesses an affordable and sophisticated product to manage employee time. For businesses that cannot afford a lot of bells and whistles, Timesheets.com does a nice job of providing scalable solutions to meet smaller budgets.

It's very fast. Very easy to use. The document structure makes things very clear and simple for staff to understand what's going on.

Pros: Speed. Flexibility of use from anywhere.

This is a great app for small and mid-sized businesses that want more control over travel expenses than just a form being emailed around. For a start, you get to pick whether you want a traditional categorized expense report form, or want to itemize each expense. You also get to organize your employees and contractors into groups, such as projects, clients or departments, which really helps to keep things in order and control the data being entered. You can pick different styles of form for each group as well. Even with a paid support agreement I don't think there is anything out there which is better value.
