Pros: Grab an app from the Podio App Store, configure it in minutes for a project or the entire business.
Cons: Very few cons:)

I've been building business applications in MS Access since 1992. But sharing and collaboration via the internet requires a lot of .NET programming and constant troubleshooting. Or a sharepoint server. I have stopped working in Access and have been using Zoho Creator to design and publish commercial web based applications for two years now and its a fantastic platform that is functional, usable, and gets the job done right everytime. Pros: Flexible with numerous features. Easy to learn and use... but the Deluge Script language will open up even more opportunities.
Cons: Everytime I have found a con, the Zoho team has published an upgrade or fix soon after.

We first looked at WebOffice but found that it just didn’t allow us the flexibility to make the changes we needed. It didn’t have enough features for us. I looked at QuickBase, but there were too many limitations, including tight restrictions and extra fees for records and users. Pricing was clearly going to be an issue, resulting in questionable ROI. After researching different players in the cloud database market, I decided to implement TrackVia. Within a couple of days we could start to see the benefits of changing to TrackVia.

Pros: We are no longer reliant on emails or manual, error-prone processes. With TrackVia we have vastly improved efficiency, data accuracy, and execution confidence. We couldn't imagine a better platform to help drive our firm's growth.
Best Uses: We started with improving our communications to make sure all reservations were recorded without errors. Now, we use TrackVia for virtually ever facet of business operations.

Review for Send Invoice
No brainer...

It's easy, it's fast, and it gets the job done for me in half the time! Invoicing is not sexy, but at least with Send Invoice I enjoy the weekly billing run - no more hassle of spreadsheets, writing invoices in Word etc.

Review for WorkXpress Build from Scratch
Workxpress is the PaaS of choice

As an budding entrepreneur I looked at various software development houses to help get my idea off the ground, unfortunately the cost barrier was to high. I then discovered workxpress a platform that allowed me to realise my vision and develop the application without the need to learn how to code. Workxpress support is responsive and the ongoing training from the team is second to none, furthermore the continued development of the platform has lead to some dramatic improvements of feature creation. I cannot recommend Workxpress highly enough, if you have an idea for a database driven app then you should try this software, I think you will be surprised at how easy it is.

Pros: ease of use Speed of development Intuitive workflows First class support Great vision ongoing refinement of the platform Full of features Visual development Good api- however only accepts simple data types No or little technical knowledge
Cons: No negatives at this stage as ideas and/or suggestions are quickly implemented by the team.

The Agile Platform is a truly unique idea in the world of development tools. By providing the Integration Studio, it addresses the common concerns about systems that promise “no more hand coding.”

Pros: I really liked the integrated workflow, particularly deployment (and the rollback functionality), and the fact that it already takes care of scale out scenarios, security, and other common headaches.
Cons: Is the Agile Platform for everyone? No, it isn’t. But for developers working on typical Web applications
Best Uses: One thing I really like is that Web services are treated like any of the built-in actions. This is a refreshing change of pace from my (admittedly limited) experience doing the same in Visual Studio.
