If you are implementing a solution using agile methodology or are an agile project manager looking for a solution that is simple enough to get user adoption but contains most functionalities you would expect from most expensive products, then this app is definitely for you. It combines functionality with simplicity and feedback. That’s always a winning combination.

Review for Genius Project

by Leon Ingram on 2011-11-18 16:45:29

With Genius Project it is so easy to find the perfect person for a specific function because you can filter your search by factors such as experience, skills and availability. You will receive a reduced list of candidates and you can make the final selection. Genius Project is also a good way to maintain communication with your team members. Since we use Genius Project everyone is involved in the project and is able to stay in touch from any computer or mobile device. Most of this web based online project management system is intuitive but a little bit difficult to navigate. But once you are familiarized with all the features and tools it is a well-rounded application.

Review for Pivotal Tracker

Fantastic project management app!
by viktors on 2012-01-27 09:14:45

I've been using various tools (BugZilla, Trac, Todoist) for keeping lists of bugs/new features for web development projects, and Pivotal Tracker is the most impressive one, by far. The coolest feature is that you can update stories during the meeting, and everybody will see updates in real time. Ability to attach a Google Doc is a life-saver - it keeps stories clean, and allows to plan things in a truly collaborative way. There are also third-party plugins for git and github integration, although I haven't tried them yet.

Cons: Realtime updates could be more instantaneous for European users - right now they take about half a second. It would be nice if there would be a way to paste a screenshot without first saving it as a file.

Review Context: Experienced developer.

I think this would be helpful for a host of products.

Ease of deployment:

Pros: 1. Everything to understand and manage feedback in one place. 2. Good workflow.

Cons: 1. It would be good if there were things like sentiment analysis. 2. Praises from users are not shown in widget on the client website.

Best Uses: 1. Feedback on FMCG goods like shampoos, perfumes, new flavor of chips etc. 2. Movies/TV shows feedback. Media houses can use it. 3. Has universal appeal

Review Context: Marketing. FMCG. Retail.

Review for Nolio Automation Center

Data center operations dream
by Jason Pitts on 2009-12-06 23:35:40

Using Nolio for managing the automated deployment of our applications has decreased our maintenance window by ten fold.

Overall rating:
Ease of use:

Value for money:
Ease of deployment:

Pros: We can use the same deployment process for QA, Staging, and Production environments. The operations teams don't need full server access to run the processes since Nolio has it's own permission management.

Cons: The interface is a little outdated.

Best Uses: We use it in QA, Staging, and Production for deployment all 35 of our SaaS applications.

Review Context: I am the VP Ops of a large on SaaS provider.

Review for Epicor Manufacturing Express Edition

A Cloud-based ERP Solution with a Difference
by Rakesh on 2011-07-21 13:51:18

I was pretty impressed with the solution because it simplifies ERP, provides broad and deep functionality, and offers an array of useful tools for modifying it to your businesses needs. If you like experience coupled with low cost, then Epicor Manufacturing Express Edition is for you. A typical implementation is less than 60 days. “The implementation is solely focused on configuring the system to a customer’s specific needs and, if necessary, migrating their business data"
