DVC manufactures and supplies promotional communication materials on canvas. Our dealers work with the Sofon Web Sales Configurator. They are able to make calculations themselves with Sofon and are no longer dependent on our head office. This saves them and our sales office time. Our sales office works with the Sofon desktop version. The productivity of our sales office is much higher, thanks to Sofon. Sales employees can generate correct quotations within minutes, while the customer is on the phone. This used to take days! Our fast quotation lead time makes a big difference in terms of sales. We have 15 to 20% more orders since we’ve started working with Sofon. So we get more work done in less time with fewer people and obtain more orders.

Pros: With Socket, it takes very little time to build custom quotation templates that streamline and automate the process of creating customer quotations. We like the fact that some templates can be publicly accessed while others are privately accessed.
Cons: We really have nothing to complain about in terms of the program, which has been 100% reliable. The management people at Socket have also been very open to suggestions and as a result, we see improvements and enhancements being added each month.
Review Context: GPS Commander is a division of Future Quest Wireless Inc. We first became familiar with Socket through Future Quest, who use Socket as well to create highly complex quotations for their taxi dispatch software business.
Review for Workbooks CRM
Fantastic tool for voluntary work

We use Workbooks to keep track of all our members, providers, volunteers and sponsors; communication and for managing activities. It saves vital time, which is invaluable when you are running a voluntary project as well as a business. Most importantly for me, it is easy to use and quick to learn. I really like the fact I can quickly filter data, so if I want to list all members and what activities they are interested in, it's just a couple of clicks and I have what I need. I can easily send emails or track projects. I like the fact that we can easily personalise it to meet our unique project requirements. I am keen to now use it in my training business.

Pros: Quick to set up, easy to use and very reliable. It is also free to use for up to 2 users, which is fantastic value for a voluntary project or small business. It was so easy to convert over the data from our existing Works database into Workbooks.
Cons: I haven't found the time to really utilise so much more of what it is capable of. I am just at the tip of the iceberg of all its functions. My fault, not Workbooks.
Best Uses: Contact management, activity tracking and communication. As my volunteer helper is remote from me, it enables us to share information instantly.

Overall experience with this app has been very good. When I first started researching into a quoting system one of WebSource's competitors actually recommended their product to me since we were looking for a product that didn't take major time and cost to get the system up and running. We were able to configure the system on our own with great support from their Pre-sales and Support team. Their support has been very responsive and knowledgeable. Our sales team is very pleased with the flexibility and ease of use of the product and the management team with the approval process. We highly recommend this product.

Quoteroller is a great product for any small business that sends out a number of proposals per week or month. That said, the aspects that make this product terrific are the same that also make the product limited. There are not a lot of bells and whistles here – so if you need a product that is very straight-forward and specific in scope – such as sending out proposals and nothing more, then Quoteroller is for you. It will help you save and organize your proposals and client information. If you need a more robust product, you may opt for a CRM solution that will not only manage your business proposals, but also help you transfer proposals and estimates into invoicing, send your reminders to contact your clients about the proposal, offer more template choices, import Excel lists and more. I was very impressed by the eagerness to help and understand all of the things Monowa wanted out of the CRM System. The implementation was kept open as long as was necessary to get the end product we requested and needed, which I regard as one of the greatest things about this company, the ease at uniting both of the offices has I believe has increased productivity. I'd recommend Open By Nature and Black ICE CRM to anyone looking for a professionally designed CRM System.

Pros: I can access the system from any location, now all offices can see the same information and work in a more productive way. The search is very fast and flexible, and the ability to filter data quickly is a key benefit.
