Review for TribeHR
Best all-in-one HR tool I've used!

TribeHR has done a great job of incorporating what HR, managers and employees need to do their jobs effectively. It is quick, smart and simple. It has everything you need as a manager without having to ask HR for help in getting the info. It really puts the information in the employee's and manager's hands eliminating administrative support often required by HR. It is also easy to navigate making for a great user experience. TribeHR has a boat-load of capabilities and features that are rarely found in one system. It is the first system that I've seen that attempts to incorporate every aspect of Human Resources it can. Doesn't have a feature you're looking for? The TribeHR support team is fabulous for responding to anything from quick bug fixes and little modifications to larger releases and features.

Pros: One System, lots of tools and features. Great support team. Still incorporating customer feedback and feature requests. Easy to use making the launch and training a cinch!
Cons: A few bugs here and there but the support team is always great in responding. Some features are still being developed so they may lack the structure or capabilities you are used to seeing from larger exclusive tools.
Best Uses: I use all of the tool's features to reduce my time with admin tasks which gives me the opportunity to add more value to my organization in other areas.
Review Context: I am an HR professional in the hi-tech industry. This is the second company where I have used this tool. Both organizations have been less than 100 employees and growing rapidly.

Easiest way to manage resume and applicants!

When I first logged on to their site three months ago, it looked too simple for our needs. I thought maybe I would need to check out something more "heavy" for our needs. But after I took the trial on the free plan, this tool surprised me. It looks simple, but is very powerful. The most awesome feature is their unique email for every opening - so all applications will automatically come in by openings. And its easy to publish openings everywhere and receive applications, once you create them.

Best Uses: Best for small businesses (under 100 employees)

Review for BambooHR
A Satisfied Customer!

I recently transitioned our Company to BambooHR and I have never looked back to my previous HRIS provider. From the first meeting with Ben to my most recent customer service call , I have received impeccable service. I am impressed with the options of the technology, the flexiblitiy of personalizing the software to meet our company's needs and the "easy to use" application for administrators and employees. Last week, we completed our first online benefit open enrollment with TRAXPayroll. The interface between BambooHR and TRAX was seamless. The online enrollment process was new to me also, but I felt supported the entire way. The feedback from our employees was all positive and they were so happy to get rid of the paper! The staff at BambooHR are professionals. They are friendly and they find solutions for the real life HR questions/processes that inevitably come up everyday.

Pros: Flexible technology Customer Service Innovative, fun options User friendly Our employees like the software!
Cons: I don't use the software to it's fullest capacity (yet) and I would like to see examples of how other customers are using it.
Review Context: I'm the HR coordinator at my company and was responsible for the implementation of BambooHR. I am also the person who is responsible for maintaining the employee and company data in the system as well as training all employees how to use it.

In these recessionary times, the value proposition for the site is compelling. The site has a simple and elegant feel. Recruitment agencies add another cost layer to the recruiting process, thus inflating candidate acquisition costs. JobPage.com is worth a try, if only as an experiment. Who knows you might end up getting hooked onto it?

Since the founding of our company in the area of Staffing / Recruitment in 2009, the number of applicants has increased steadily, so we had to decide after a successful alternative to traditional e-mail applications. We need a database and an easy and quick way applications will be processed quickly and clearly and be able to. Of particular note for SB RECRUTING are that jobs can be created individually, ie, performance of our needs are. Very easy to use and easy to understand in handling the operation. Other programs - Simple website integration, applications directly through our website, we compare these alternative westenlich more expensive and less flexible. Avancert is a truly revolution app. Being a small start-up we didn't often have a need for recruiting staff on a regular basis, so most solutions were either expensive or impractical. After discovering Avancert, we great reduced the time spent on pre-screening and vetting candidates that we not up to the mark. Avancert made it easy for us as a start-up to recruit high quality people without the overheads and hassle.

Pros: Posts jobs to free job boards, universal track back url for each job, resumes come in auto-ranked based on key words. Very easy to use, can add users without paying more $.

Resfly is the fastest way to post your jobs to job boards and social networks. As an applicant tracking system it works for any company and any size. The context-sensitive help has been enabled for each field. That means that the system displays help even as you populate fields for the job submission process. In addition, the service has an excellent feedback and support sidebar that is displayed on each screen. The submission is easy and effective: all you need to do is enter an email address and text for each description. If you believe that you can gain in HR productivity, Resfly is excellent value for money because it optimizes existing processes and enables collaboration.
