Time to make a change after 2 years. Go elsewhere for service. Better options with better employee attitudes, better editors, faster servers and servers that don't crash losing your work. Many excuses and no straight answers.

Pros: Cost effective - not really
Cons: Poor editors. Won't take HTML from Dreamweaver. Poor attitude of US based Tech Supervisors. If you go over your contact limit they don't tell you by email and will hold your pending release even if it is destined for only 50% of your total allowed.

Excellent survey tool

Surveys are crucial and important for you to determine and know more about your customer tastes and preferences. Having used several survey tools earlier, I am pretty impressed by the range of functionality and price points offered by SurveyTool. The application intends to move past the out-dated text and button style of other survey sites and make use of JavaScript to give users a faster, simpler experience.

The software is very easy to use without question. Especially appreciated the YouTube walk through videos. I am a visual learner so having high quality videos available was very important to me.

Pros: Training material. Easy program controls. Lots of options to explore.
Cons: Nothing major but if I had to be picky I would say that the logic features took me a while to learn.
Review Context: I use the program in my evaluation and consulting business to collect important information.

We’ve been increasing the use of online surveys greatly in my district this year. We love how easy it is to gather feedback following a staff meeting, from parents and others during a curriculum adoption, or as a customer satisfaction instrument for my technology department.

Pros: The SurveyGizmo interface is full of tasty Web 2.0 goodness. Various options and settings open without a full page reload which makes building a survey much more like a desktop application. The look and feel overall is clean and modern.
Best Uses: Here’s a huge one for me: they have a full API! In particular, you can pass information into a SurveyGizmo survey from another web form or via a web link.

After delayed release dates Deloosh have finally released their much anticipated website feedback tool Webreep. Deloosh are pitching their product as ‘an enterprise grade fully customizable customer satisfaction tool that finally delivers advanced features to smaller businesses with limited budgets’. We had a look at Webreep to see if it lived up to this claim, and sure enough discovered features usually found on large scale enterprise systems such as natural language processing algorithms, and advanced regression analysis. Or put in simple terms – bells and whistles that tell you not only what’s wrong, but also how to fix it. We were impressed. The coolest feature we thought was the Industry Averages feature that lets you compare the quality of key website experience attributes to all other websites in the same industry. In other words, compare key attributes of your website experience to your competitors. A real eye-opener to those of us who have a distorted view of good we are.

Pros: The coolest feature we thought was the Industry Averages feature that lets you compare the quality of key website experience attributes to all other websites in the same industry.
Cons: The main problem we had was choosing which features to use in the settings panel – the array of customization options was daunting, and many lacked clear explanation.
Best Uses: Compare our website to our competitors, and also to provide a simple feedback form for visitors to have their say.

Pros: Nice UI, easy to use, very flexible, extensive set of features
Best Uses: We use it to automatically email a survey invitation when new customers are added to our system.
Review Context: I am responsible to the customer service department and we use this tool to gage customer satisfaction.

If you're looking for integrations with an API or white label newsletter service, get it. If you're looking for a particular CRM integration, it may or may not have it. If you're looking for really cheap sends with stripped-down features it's not for you.

Net Atlantic is a fairly decent product. Apart from its feature rich interface, Net Atlantic is the fact that it comes in multiple versions – enterprise and professional. It provides an end-to-end solution from creating templates to sending out emails (or survey) based on specific triggers to measuring the ROI (return on investment) for your email marketing campaigns.
