I have been very impressed with the Payment Evolution payroll application. I found it very intuitive and easy to use. It has all of the necessary features to process payroll quickly and accurately. I would definitely recommend this product!

Perfect tool for freelancers

I am an IT freelancer in the UK with almost no bookkeeping skills. The application has intuitive interface and is quite easy to use. At the same time it has extensive functionality. I can do my invoicing, providing quotes, estimates, etc... I am using it with Google Apps

Robust and mature product

I am the owner of a small business and I have to travel a lot. Therefore, I was searching for a web based software that I can access wherever I am. Once I signed up for QuickBooks, I could start right away. I imported my customer list with the help of the Excel template provided and I was quickly able to create invoices. However, it was a little bit tricky how to setup the VAT details. In general, I am very happy with the software and enjoy the advantages of this web based software.

Pros: Estimates that you create can later be converted into invoices. Errors can be corrected by overtyping entries
Cons: It is pretty slow

Love. it.

Crunch have literally saved my life. Switched from an old-school accountant who would charge me through the nose for even a phone call - now I can natter on the phone all I like to Crucnh and it doesnt cost me a penny.

Cons: Software is necessarily complex (I suppose thats accountancys fault rather than Crunchs)
