Review for BillQuick
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing BillQuick to do so!

I've now used BillQuick at two different companies for the past ten years. I have been extremely satisfied with the ease of use. The customer service support is great when there are any problems, which is not very often. I recently had a problem with the database - Scott in the Customer Service department was so helpful and helped fix the problem right away. Several years ago we began using BillQuick to manage our invoicing, instead of only for time-tracking purposes. The company was extremely helpful throughout this transition process. Moving our invoicing efforts to BillQuick was a great decision, as it automated billing and made everything so much easier and more accurate. The solution saved me approximately five days each month.

I no longer loathe payroll processing. I actually enjoy it now since it doesn't take up my whole afternoon, or even a quarter of it. Thank you Payment Evolution for providing a service that is accurate, simple to use and time saving. Thank you for understanding that I have other things to do at the office!

Overall my organization is very happy with the Projector PSA application. We had a very specific need and this product addressed our issues beyond expectation. The application is intuitive, the support is attentive and knowledgeable, and compared to other similar applications I believe we get significant value from the product. Our goal prior to installing the Projector PSA tool was to gain tighter control of our employee resource pool and leverage these resources most efficiently on client engagements. Projector has deep, easy to use functionality that allowed us to realize these goals. We have been able to have data driven conversations with clients to improve billing rates, supported by easy to understand out of the box Projector reporting.

Pros: * Intuitive User Friendly Interface * Product evolution driven by very smart professional service best practices * Robust reporting * Setup and Implementation very manageable
Cons: * Excellent as an adjunct system but no integrated general ledger package - (although there is import /Export functionality with some GL packages
Review Context: I've held assorted CFO and COO roles the past 15 years and have deployed Projector at 2 companies ranging from 175 to 1000 employees.

They have great support and, more importantly, have been doing this for ten years ago. That’s saying a lot for a field that’s relatively new. So, you get a level of experience and comfort that is not available to other users.

Pros: Great product with experienced and professional support. The solution offers excellent integration with third-party email parsing software. This means you can share ticket information or even have customer emails converted into tickets.
Cons: How about a free demo on the website (without registration) to make it even better!

Great Application for Expenses

Overall, this is a fantastic application. I set it up completely for my small business in about 30 minutes and the integration with Quickbooks is fantastic. Incredibly easy to manage and maintain. Integration with my credit card account is a snap and the ability to move that right into a report is amazing. I really love the mobile application as well. Taking a picture of a receipt and loading it directly to my account is pure genius. This saves me about 1 hour per expense report easily.

Best Uses: Perfect application for businesses who do not have an online expense system today. Highly intuitive.
Review Context: I am an executive in a smaller business and I've been seeking out a solution like this for a while. We are replacing a spreadsheet based system with this and I could not be happier with it.

Pros: Clever solving in the addition of a new project into the project portfolio. Simple. Before evaluating other applications, Liquid makes just the features I need and the features I will use. Features like "on hold" and "priorities" are very useful.
Cons: It has no semaphores about risk and changes management. Only alerts on time promises, but not in budget or other kind of variances (cost, quality...) Low level of branding (colors and logos)
Best Uses: Our department has 3 teams with cross-functional projects. We use the "organize" view to define project owners. We have created a new priority lists for shared projects in order that the managers agree with shared priorities.
Review Context: Our company activity is to provide research and innovation support services for industry companies. In innovation projects (actually consultancy), effort and duration of many tasks are unpredictable and our project porfolio is raw-shapped.

Pros: Easy to use, and deploy - within 15 mins everything is done. Provides security and portability of data *****No contract*****
Cons: Had one problem, called service and it was user error in way I set it up.
Best Uses: Both online and telephone punch in from client locations.
Review Context: I am small business owner that deploys contractors to clients locations all over california.

Pros: It was very easy to setup and use. They setup all my data for me and started to use it 2 days after I paid the desposit. Clients like us using this type of system as they then know our staff are being monitored.
Cons: It was slightly strange going from a desktop application and excel sheets to a web based system. I wouldn't say that was a con / dislike but just something to bear in mind. The web based system is much better though and with training it was faster.
Best Uses: We use it to track and alert us staff movement at differing sites. I get alerted if a staff member does not turn up. Payroll use it to produce timesheets and import into Sage payroll. Saves them allot of time fiddling with faxed timesheets.

Good for Blackberry and iPhone Users (Symbian and Android coming)

The free version I'm using is designed for individuals that want to track and separate business and personal calls made from their phone and get detailed reports to use for expense tracking or client billing for example. The web portal part of Mobiso (where you sign up and set your profile) also serves as the place to 'tag' your contacts Business or Personal, and generate your own call reports which you can export to Excel or to SugarCRM. There's also a free Mobiso Voice Portal (it's a +1 number for now) where you are call, conference, and message any of your contacts - handsfree) That set of features is useful as-is but Mobiso is supposed to appeal to the small or medium business managers that need an affordable SaaS way to manage their mobile employees. So Mobiso Enterprise adds in a Unified Communications Suite as well as Corporate Directory Sync. and Administration & Reporting Tools. (You need to sign up for it at the Mobiso website) A lot packed into it.

Pros: I like being able to get a pop up window on my Blackberry after my business calls letting me type a reminder note. I can read these notes later on my Mobiso webpage. I like calling the free Mobiso number: +1 978 442 3444 and using the speech reco.
Cons: You need to download the Blackberry app to you phone and then type in the User ID and Password that byou selected when you setup your account at my.mobiso.com. So it's really better to be at your computer when you download the Blackberry app.
Best Uses: The OTA Contact Sync is great for backup and the expense tracking to separate out business calls are the two most useful features for me.
Review Context: I'm a mobile professional using my own Blackberry for business, and getting reimbursed for business calls.
