Pros: This application is an enterprise grade application.
Cons: It is a bit complex to understand and use
Best Uses: Very well featured system. So it helped me in integrating with all the components in the eco-system.

No brainer...

It's easy, it's fast, and it gets the job done for me in half the time! Invoicing is not sexy, but at least with Send Invoice I enjoy the weekly billing run - no more hassle of spreadsheets, writing invoices in Word etc.

BackupAgent is an excellent product that sets itself apart from other consumer-backup providers, by offering a very feature-rich application suitable for Small and Medium Enterprises. The product is very suitable for making backups of laptops/desktops and on-premise servers. It is very secure and user friendly.

We provide community-based care services across Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. We needed the IT services to be able to support our expanding operation. There was a lot to think about –different sites, different user profiles, local bandwidth provisions, delivering an already remote application. The Hosted Desktop solution was rolled out to over 130 users, including a number of specific applications. Our employees got back to work in no time, no training was necessary and their productivity increased as they gained more work flexibility. Support issues have plummeted since we moved to Hosted Virtual Desktops. The high level SLAs as well as the user-friendly ordering interface allows us to scale as we grow. The low bandwidth requirements of ThinkGrid’s Hosted Desktops helped save even more costs. Through a local Partner, ThinkGrid brought us high quality and affordable IT services. 2 years of successfully working on their platform, we'd definitely recommend it.

Pros: Very easy to customize - resource and user profile wise. We could install specialized applications and access them remotely, scan and print remotely which was a great bonus.
Cons: No issues so far.
Best Uses: Multiple sites - our users were spread over 40 sites, specialised applications, limited internal IT resources

Solve your friends problems with their computers from your sofa

Have you ever received a call from one of your friends with an emergency with his computer? This program allows you to access remotely his PC without having to move from your house! Just provide him with a PIN code to enter in a web and you are in! It has a lot of usefull tools: remote control, chat, transfer files and even reboot the machine!

Pros: Very easy to use without having to install anything on the computer. You can install a permanent access in case you need to access the computer frequently. I can solve my mom's problems eve if she is not at home.
Cons: You have to low the resolution and colors if you have a low bandwith internet connection.
Best Uses: I use it to install programs in remote PC or transfer large files without having to carry them on an USB stick.
Review Context: I'm an engineer and the typical computer skilled guy of my friends team.
