Overview

Speak2Leads (S2L) is the leading provider of simple, web-based lead response tools allowing small and medium businesses to immediately speak to their leads from virtually any source including web forms, web pages, and social media channels.
When a prospective customer fills out an inquiry form on a landing page for example, you will receive an automated phone call the second they hit your Submit button.
You will hear a message providing you with the lead name and nature of inquiry and be given the option of pressing or saying 1 to initiate an outgoing call to the lead.
If you do not connect with the lead on this initial call, Speak2Leads will park the lead and call you back at a predetermined interval to ensure you reattempt to reach the lead again.
After hour leads are also parked in our Lead Valet system and you are called the next business day.
All lead calls can be routed according to your business rules, e.g., geography or product type. Calls can be distributed in a variety of ways; simultaneous ringing to all reps, round robin and step ringing for example.
