  Ease of use

Salesforce is one of the best CRM offerings out there - relatively easy to use, very powerful, robust. It goes far beyond just managing a sales process. You can basically run entire company from it. One thing I am missing is integration with Evernote.

I just love Salesforce. Not only it is rich in features but also customizable and new things are coming out every now and then. This flexibility and limitless add-ons make very recommendable. Also the support is just great - easy to reach, friendly and simply helpful.

  Favorite CRM

I worked with more than 5 CRM tools and so far Salesforce is my favorite. It is very useful both in sales and support departments. One thing that has to be added - it works well if you use it well. But I guess it applies to CRM software in general.
