I enjoy the ability I have to customize it to my needs. I know I have just touched the surface of what my software has the ability to do.
Awful, the reseller sold us support and have been awful to work with - very misleading presentation.
Having the ability to create separate inboxes for each type of document made GlobalSearch a really good fit for us.
More stumbling blocks and pitfalls than any other product.
Was easy to capture and classify documents by category, pretty good program for the money.
Everything should be web app and no more desktop client.
We had many years of client files that we are required to maintain. We have saved so much space it is incredible, and our documents are much more secure.
Since its difficult to explain in text, a visual would REALLY help. I've been fighting with it for some time now and I still don't have it working.
The ability to access the software and add files, etc is very user friendly. It makes it very easy to train the end user.
I have never had an issue with the software or support and the support staff are AWESOME. I have attended several trainings in New Haven and always walk away energized to try something new.

I like how easy it is to use with form software such as Formstack. Their customer support is amazing.
We experience tech issues if more that one user is in the account and sometimes saving is a problem with error messages.
I have some technical ability, but that was from years ago. I was able to set this up quickly, and the final details that I needed help, customer support stepped up and were great.
I almost gave up on infusionsoft because the in app quote tool was so terrible. After months of searching I found the Http post sync between infusionsoft and webmerge.
The support and response is excellent. It is extremely good value for money.
However, this is minor and the problem rarely manifests itself. Otherwise, I did not find anything impacting my workflow negatively with this web service.
In addition to their functionality is excellent customer service. The team at WebMerge is very responsive to support requests and questions.
We no longer have any administrative personnel handling any sensitive information, let alone any physical files.
It Integrates well with other tools and great practical features. The PDF email feature was straight forward and effective.
Their interface is extremely easy and their product fulfils an important niche area of the market, providing the ability to automate reports from external databases.
The ease of use is ridiculously simple and the customer support is good. They go above and beyond.

Year on year the software has improved and now represents simply amazing value for money. We looked at many systems closely but DocuWare proved to offer the best functionality vs cost.
Lack of documentation and information on the web to troubleshoot problems on your own. The company does not seem invested in its clients' education of how to use the product.
This is very customizable for each business based o their requirements. Also the ability of Docuware to integrate with DB's is amazing and to pull and push data based on your configuration.
The one thing I think is missing (and this has been recorded) is that the "fat" client has been removed from the software. As an administrator, I made frequent use of the fat client.
Ease of learning and use made it easy for even veteran employees to become invested in the product. We couldn't be more pleased.
In order to get results when performing a search you have to search the name of the document exactly as it was recorded. This can be difficult when looking for something that you stored months ago.
I think is a good platfrom and it repsonds quick. The landing pages and tools are good.
Lack of appropriate training for users and administrators.
We've found that better vendor relationships support better customer service. The breadth of features has also allowed us to improve information flow with our customers.
It is very pleasant and an easy to use software.

Our Return on Investment was achieved in less than one year, but we saw immediate improvement in our customer service with our new ability to quickly place orders and address issues that may arise.

The best thing is probably the flexibility that Ms Office merge templates provide with the help of conga. Also lots of support materials available to help admins customize the solution.
So many glitches -- pages will disappear and shuffle in order, errors happen all the time, and other random things. Also the limited users per account can be a hassle for a company our size.
The ability to pull in multiple objects/reports into a document within minutes. Throw on top of that the community support, and it's gold.
Pain to use, way too many steps to complete a document.
Its integration with Salesforce is its finest attribute. I can finally map Account and Opportunity objects.
Queries are finicky and don’t transfer well from sandbox.
The support team is amazing. Beth was super helpful at connect.

The customer service has been outstanding. If you need an easy-to-use, practical and customizable electronic document management system at a great value, I highly recommend this product.
It has been mentioned that the alerts are sometimes confusing to users about what exactly it is that needs to be completed.
Inspection Proof is amazing. I love how easy it is to link a policy to a checklist question.
It was a little confusing to get started using it due to limited training.

The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).

During the evaluation period I did not find any specific features that I dislike.
This really helps with strategy and helping to inform everyone why we are doing something. When everyone understands the shared vision it makes it that much easier to execute and track.

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.
I like that PandaDoc makes it easy for me to create beautiful, professional looking proposals in just a few minutes.
The Technical team is working on this problem since 1 month and they don't manage to send me back my document. The system is not finished.
When sending out a proposal it is important to have all information be consistent and correct. I love that each proposal contains uniform parts and still allows for necessary customization.
It's been great, we plan to use it indefinitely and are happy with our decision to bring the Afton Tickets sales team onto PandaDoc.
It's very easy to replicate docs when creating documents like proposals and budgets. Great digital signing feature.

I used this majority of my way in high school, college and now the post graduate work like. It’s so easy to navigate and I LOVE IT I share documents with my colleges ans co workers it’s amazing.
Some options are missing from it, but that is to be expected from a web-based app. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to open the documents generated in Google Docs through other software.
Super easy to use since it's just like Microsoft Office. Great if your device doesn't have Office and you need to use the same platforms.
The downside of this is that someone can edit the document as you are presenting and mess with your presentation or confuse your line of thoughts.

The icons are small and it's easy to accidentally press the wrong button or hit the wrong combination of keystrokes and change the menu into tiny icons with no explanations.

Small but still annoying missing features - for example, the live word counter stops showing the word count at 20,000 characters for absolutely no reason.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.

Its a very helpful tool. I use when when I work from home and I love when I have all my documents on my MacBook from dropbox- without copying them; they just are there, love it.
The group and user policy is alittle bit weird to understand and alittle bit confusing. I had to redo the whole access policy twice because it was not working as i wanted.
Love the different type of software it has to offer such as storage or the quality of being able to save.
To have the file uploaded in the background with limited speeds irrespective of the download or upload speed is something that has irritated me.
Very user friendly interface sync is very reliable good retention features. Lan sync and smart sync features are great.
It has some integration that sometimes provides warnings through Excel, but other file types are completely at risk of having conflicting copies.
It is easy to integrate with other software, making it perfect for backup of my company website. Also perfect for filesharing of collaborating work with others.
The organization of the files and the overall appearance on the desktop is terrible. It is so hard to find and search for files.
Everything has been awesome, their support and billin team is quite helpful and they have fair pricing.

I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own. It is pointless to force people who only need Excel or Word to install EVERYTHING.

I have always had a great experience with this software easy and accessible gets what you need to do done quickly and both parties are happy.
Every contact with customer service was a failure. It's a real shame that such a big company can release such a bad API / SDKs...the worst API integration I have ever made.
And the ease of use with the convenience it provides for all your signing legal documents makes this a great product. Had given me overall a great experience each time that I had used it.
At first, I missed one document that I had to go back and sign once I found the correct email. This is probably more user error, but it did make it more confusing.
I really like the fact that it is a very secure website to sign important and legal documents and send them safely over the internet.
My business did more for our customers than our contract required - because it's the right thing to do. I was very disappointed in DocuSign that they automatically charged my credit card.
It is well done, beautiful enough to be user friendly. It allows me to have more time to do the important things.
Realized no benefits...only frustration and wasted time trying to figure out how to insert an actual real signature.
As a patient, time saved in the provider's office was significant, and the ability to review all the documentation at my own pace was important.

As DocuSign is a SaaS solution, the implementation was very easy. What I like the most is the availability to use DocuSign connector in Nintex Workflow Cloud application.
With the Sharepoint integration, we can save our work orders to the appropriate folder, and the finished (i.e, signed) document is uploaded back to the same folder without us having to lift a finger.
Its easy to use, there is no learning curve when obtaining this product its completely self explanitoy with great customer service and updates.

Quick synching and the ability to organise folders and sub-folders is great. Overall, a decent program and certainly useful for small businesses such as myself.
OneDrive has changed in 2021 and this change has brought about headache for all. No syncing because the OneDrive is locked and awaiting action by users who has no idea as to what is wrong.
What I like best about this software is its ease of use and integration with Microsoft products and services.
Where do I begin, it constant instability, it is very hard to use use, sharing process and access permission are coming from hell and the version control is simply sadistic.
This allow my team members files to be in its own "space" and this was a good thing. This was what I liked about the OneDrive but.
The most problem I have as a user is the sync problem, sometimes it gets stuck and you have to restart your computer.
Its great to have a backup for all of your devices. Also great you can share files and docs with others with a link.
This may be because of our internal security but the whole login "thing" with this seems inconsistent and annoying. I understand the reason for it and how it's used, it just makes me nuts sometimes.
I use this for some collaboration but mostly to hedge against things like virus / ransomware attacks. A nice easy backup solution that has saved my butt a few times.

The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.
Sadly it does not work on my kindle Ir the android tablet I had. With everything going mobile these days, you would think they'd be compatible by now.
I like the simplicity and good features and the appropriate speed of Box platform, you can easily transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space of the box.
This product has very limited functionality in some areas which could be a bit frustrating at times.
The interface of Box is great, and it is my favorite of the primary file-sharing platforms. Upload times seem relatively fast and sharing links with people outside my organization is great.
The organization of Box is awful, but this could be my company's fault.
I love how clean and simple it looks and I especially love how you can view your Box folders through a finder window on your computer's desktop.
The file size limit is very sad, I need to fragment my files too much, not to mention the limitation of file versions.
Its an awesome and convenient to remove people/add people. You can even download BOX DRIVE to have it in your file explorer and it links together, very awesome.
I LOVE that I can search for a file just by typing in the name, regardless if I know where exactly I filed it. I love the ease of opening a file to make changes and saving it again.
Outstanding support team that can assist with customizing Box to fit your needs. Box saves time and allows for great communication channels between team members, trade partners, and customers.

The integration with other Adobe apps like InDesign. Best PDF editing features that enable me to edit a PDF file in any way I like and convert it in any format and back to PDF format as I'm pleased.
It's a little difficult to go back and forth between these functions. There are certain problems with text scanning that cause some characters to be misinterpreted.
My favorite and most used feature is its seamless integration for the Adobe creative package which also includes photoshop, indesign, and illustrator.
Horrible customer service, difficultnti work with HP printing software. It is also not in real time.
The ability to share documents and have all edits and comments saved right in the document with information on who made them provides accountability and streamlined communication.
Adding comments can be a struggle. I end up spending too much time while at it.
It is very user friendly and the navigation is labelled clearly for ease of use. Electronic Signature makes signing documents easy and once done the PDF doc can be attached and sent using email.
I DO NOT LIKE HOW YOU EDIT TEXT WITH THIS PROGRAM KINDA CONFUSING.

I love the integrated templates that help me quickly launch new projects or tasks. Also I can easily integrate information coming from my computer, internet or other apps, It just an amazing idea.
The offline mode for Notion is frankly quite bad as you have to preload the pages when you have internet beforehand. Otherwise, your notes would be inaccessible.
Organizing notes or dashboard is super easy and fun. The feature of creating a note into another note then linking it to a line in a note is really helpful and it helps you make wonder.
Now that we use Notion, we're much more organized. The last program we used was boycotted by nearly half the team because of how difficult it was to navigate.
This is great for a shared list for people to have visibility on. It was great for our team to see what everyone was doing, add comments and notes to each other.
Notion changed my perception about the note taking apps. I use Notion mostly for organize my notes, preventing them from turning into mess.
Formatting and visually creating appealing notes are superb. Notion provides a huge variety of templates that you can immediately start using or customize it based on your needs.
I don't have anything right now that I dislike about it.

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.
The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.
