I enjoy the ability I have to customize it to my needs. I know I have just touched the surface of what my software has the ability to do.
Awful, the reseller sold us support and have been awful to work with - very misleading presentation.
Having the ability to create separate inboxes for each type of document made GlobalSearch a really good fit for us.
More stumbling blocks and pitfalls than any other product.
Was easy to capture and classify documents by category, pretty good program for the money.
Everything should be web app and no more desktop client.
We had many years of client files that we are required to maintain. We have saved so much space it is incredible, and our documents are much more secure.
Since its difficult to explain in text, a visual would REALLY help. I've been fighting with it for some time now and I still don't have it working.
The ability to access the software and add files, etc is very user friendly. It makes it very easy to train the end user.
I have never had an issue with the software or support and the support staff are AWESOME. I have attended several trainings in New Haven and always walk away energized to try something new.

I liked M-Files because of the ability to organize company files in a secure location. I used M-Files to fully store my Tax program in my previous position, and loved everything about it.
It creates synchronization problems in places where the internet connection is not reliable and there may be version problems.
The setup for workflows is amazing and easy to do. It uses a graphical interface that is fun to experiment with but at the same time powerful and highly customizable.
What I dislike about the M-Files is User interface quite diffuclt to get used. They need to impove as well.
It will be the best money you spend and will save you the cost is saved searching in weeks.
Also you does not find files sometimes because you need to put keywords but you may forgotten.
It is good value for money but for a small charity like ours it's a huge investment but I am glad that we made it.
We solved the archiving and documents sorting problem, but for the price tag we had to give up using it.
Our ability to integrated it seamlessly with our Matter Management products has made it especially easy to use.
Very easy to use and very fast to find what I search short implementation time. Just great to see happy customers.
Moreover, it also enables me to edit and format my documents according to my wish and desire and also helps me in managing dozens of documents with full ease.

Weak OCR capabilities as the platform failed many times mapping JPEG files for instance.
The integration with SAP is solid and a huge benefit. It slotted in well with our processes and has improved our order entry time greatly.
Mapping SPA's was very difficult compared to mapping PO and AP invoices. So many different formats and specifics needs for SPA's made it difficult.
Customer support has been very responsive and good to work with.
My technical experience was limited when we started this process. At first, I was very intimidated by the technical aspects.
Conexiom is a powerful service for order automation with our company. Conexiom supports all aspects of integration, creation of mapping strategies, and continues to expand the options available to us.
The process of setting up, testing, and making a customer go live can be difficult. There seems to be a little bit of disconnect between the programmers, and the account manager.
Once we have been able to get our customers loaded and mapped properly, it has been a wonderful tool.
Excellent Conexiom support team and meetings bi-monthly to measure progress and benchmark.
Very focused on our business needs of customization. User friendly platform for sales order automation, easily scalable solution, compatible with various ERPs.

I like how easy it is to use with form software such as Formstack. Their customer support is amazing.
We experience tech issues if more that one user is in the account and sometimes saving is a problem with error messages.
I have some technical ability, but that was from years ago. I was able to set this up quickly, and the final details that I needed help, customer support stepped up and were great.
I almost gave up on infusionsoft because the in app quote tool was so terrible. After months of searching I found the Http post sync between infusionsoft and webmerge.
The support and response is excellent. It is extremely good value for money.
However, this is minor and the problem rarely manifests itself. Otherwise, I did not find anything impacting my workflow negatively with this web service.
In addition to their functionality is excellent customer service. The team at WebMerge is very responsive to support requests and questions.
We no longer have any administrative personnel handling any sensitive information, let alone any physical files.
It Integrates well with other tools and great practical features. The PDF email feature was straight forward and effective.
Their interface is extremely easy and their product fulfils an important niche area of the market, providing the ability to automate reports from external databases.
The ease of use is ridiculously simple and the customer support is good. They go above and beyond.
I am pretty happy with whatever formstack has, as there are very few software companies that offer one in all products at reasonable pricing, and formstack is one of them.
The customizable delivery options offered makes a big difference. Having the ability to insert field tags into the delivery email template subject line and email body is very helpful.
Makes document creation super easy from the data you already have.
We use formstack docs integrated with Smartsheet. It's very useful and time saving in creating automatic communications based on Smartsheet submissions.
Great - once we finalized our document forms, it's a set it and forget it tool. The documents are immediately generated and in the hands of the appropriate recipients.
Easy to create and develop simple forms to more complex intake forms, surveys and other documents that streamline the work process.
The webmerge really helped us in saving our loot of time we have to sebd loot if emails to our potenital customer and webmerge had realky made it easy and fast for us.

XaitPorter is the perfect solution for anyone who produces technical or commercial proposals. It is so easy to use, proposals look great (and in line with our corporate guidelines).
Automated editing or formatting is limited. Numbering and transitioning from word documents have some trouble.
A few of the Xaitporter's features are outstanding and very helpful.
Drag and drop pictures/attachments, it is very tedious and cumbersome to have to upload and insert multiple pictures.
The ability to monitor revisions and the database for storing images. Excellent for controlling permissions and reviewing rights.
Regarding notifications for comments: The default should be that no one receives notifications.

So many glitches -- pages will disappear and shuffle in order, errors happen all the time, and other random things. Also the limited users per account can be a hassle for a company our size.
The ability to pull in multiple objects/reports into a document within minutes. Throw on top of that the community support, and it's gold.
Pain to use, way too many steps to complete a document.
Its integration with Salesforce is its finest attribute. I can finally map Account and Opportunity objects.
Queries are finicky and don’t transfer well from sandbox.
The support team is amazing. Beth was super helpful at connect.

The customer service has been outstanding. If you need an easy-to-use, practical and customizable electronic document management system at a great value, I highly recommend this product.
It has been mentioned that the alerts are sometimes confusing to users about what exactly it is that needs to be completed.
Inspection Proof is amazing. I love how easy it is to link a policy to a checklist question.
It was a little confusing to get started using it due to limited training.
Have implemented 8 facilities and have received nothing but kudos on the ease of use and intuitive functionality. When issues occur, the customer service is extremely responsive.
The only con I have is that as an administrator the lay out of seeing all the amdin tasks and my regular user tasks, get confusing sometimes.
Inspection proof: I like that our CAP checklist is imported and it is easy to link procedures to it. We will see how good it is during our upcoming CAP inspection.
Difficult grouping development and management. Difficult end user customization and optimization.
Easy of use, robust, inexpensive, customer support is top notch. So many features have been added over the years at the request of the customer to make functionality even better.

Content Center is a very helpful, secure and organized way to keep documents together; the program's expandability is awesome.

Their support is also incredibly responsive and friendly, and their documentation is good. It's been really easy for me to teach myself the ins and outs of the product and get answers to my questions.
The inability to two-way integrate with Pivotal Tracker has proven extremely difficult in optimizing our workflow with our other teams (design, engineering etc.).

Easy to use and great customer support. Good help feature so most issues you can figure out on your own.
There are some limitations with reporting on training matrices that are a bit frustrating as we have to manually track training curriculums.
Very good with lots of capability to be explored. Very good on the subject of innovation and ideas for clients.

Qualtrax is a great tool for organizing information, helps eliminate paper with workflows, and is easily accessible. And their customer support is absolutely wonderful.
I typed "training" on the search tab and came out as "no topics found" seriously.
Support is excellent and the system is user friendly.I expect a Hugh cost savings on resource and a massive impact to help us drive continuous improvement across the site.
Hence we have not had any areas within the system that we disliked.
We have been using EQMS for a year now and have found it to be an excellent time saver and great value for money.

Pretty good, the speed of use really stopped me from using it and moving to Qwilr. The design kind of turned me away to find something more user friendly that my customers enjoyed looking at.
If I mess something up, it's difficult to modify without starting all over from the beginning. That said, it's more than likely a user issue as opposed to a problem with the software.
The sales, development, and customer service teams have been SUPER responsive and hungry for feedback. It's really impressive how invested they are in continuing to build and improve the product.
Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.
User-friendly interface ,simple procedures and seamless integration with other programs, make the progress easy ,even pleasant for both us and clients.
The only thing I struggle with is a slight lag on the website when actually creating content - I am unsure if and why this happens - however, I feel it could be slightly more responsive.
I like that PandaDoc makes it easy for me to create beautiful, professional looking proposals in just a few minutes.
The Technical team is working on this problem since 1 month and they don't manage to send me back my document. The system is not finished.
When sending out a proposal it is important to have all information be consistent and correct. I love that each proposal contains uniform parts and still allows for necessary customization.
It's been great, we plan to use it indefinitely and are happy with our decision to bring the Afton Tickets sales team onto PandaDoc.
It's very easy to replicate docs when creating documents like proposals and budgets. Great digital signing feature.

Filestream integrates perfectly with Windows Explorer. I LOVE that I can access files on my computer that are on the shared drive in the same way I would access a file in MyDocuments.
There isn't much I don't like about google drive. The offline work can be a little tricky at times and I have lost a few sentences due to this feature.
Overall I am pleased with drive. It is user friendly and being someone who is not tech savvy it is nice to be able to use without having to contact support.
There is some frustration for lack of support for older devices which sometimes are just used for storage themselves.
Overall, I am very happy with Google Drive. It is a good investment when backing up your files.
Furthermore, it seems to keeps failing to sync a specific type of file (.suo , a Visual Studio related file) which however is only just a bit annoying and does not cause any trouble.
The best part of google drive is that I can save my personal files, images, docs, videos and anything else which is very important for me and I can use these everywhere through this drive.
I am unsure of the encryption and how hard it would be for someone to hack in and obtain my files. As I am aware it is very hard but everything in the cloud these days has some risk.
Over the years, I had fallen in love with it. The interface and ease of accessing my files is wonderful.

I used this majority of my way in high school, college and now the post graduate work like. It’s so easy to navigate and I LOVE IT I share documents with my colleges ans co workers it’s amazing.
Some options are missing from it, but that is to be expected from a web-based app. The only thing I dislike is how hard it is to open the documents generated in Google Docs through other software.
