We signed up for Talent Desk about a month ago after utilizing a free 14 day trial. A number of issues occurred after that point - none of which were address since we have never received a phone call or email back from Talent Desk, despite their site indicating that they will answer all requests within 24 hours. We signed up for the "unlimited" plan which to any person that can quantify a value would appear to be as many jobs as we want. After posting 250 jobs, I received a message that I had reached my maximum number of postings aka NOT UNLIMITED. I had reached a LIMIT. False advertising. The next issue that I ran into was spot checking job boards that Talent Desk supposedly spiders to. No jobs to be found. I crossed check the people that Talent Desk had indicated had "applied" to jobs in our ATS with NO applicants to be found. It appears to me that Talent Desk is a complete scam. Our subscription has been cancelled. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would love to have a conversation with someone employed by Talent Desk but it appears that customer service and retention are not a priority to them at all. It's a take your money and run situation. Beware.

After using the free trial for a few days we didn't find TalkDesk providing everything we needed and were told that TalkDesk could do. Trying to cancel our account this has to be done through customer support, which takes at least a week to respond. After several attempts to cancel the account we finally got confirmation that this was done. A week later our creditcard started getting charged for the account which wasn't closed down at all. To this day we are still getting charged and can't get any response from the support in this matter. How ever, they DO respond to other tickets that are 2-4 weeks old and doesn't involve closing the account or stop charging us. I'm sorry to say it but TalkDesk is acting like a scam company which I truly believe it's not. They really need to get their support working. Until this is solved I advice everyone to stay away from TalkDesk.
