TrackVia provides an unprecedented offering in the marketplace. They have perfectly balanced features, performance, ease of use, and pricing into a perfect OnLine Database package. Working with TrackVia is particularly refreshing for anyone accustomed to the rigors and challenges of coordinating with 3rd party developers or IT. TrackVia is a treasure. It is easy to use, agile, and powerful. It truly allows a non-technical business user to go from ‘idea’ to ‘launch’ in a matter of days. With TrackVia, our managers could enter their assessments one-time, the data was automatically consolidated, and all of us could see the results in real-time. The efficiencies gained by using TrackVia were tremendous.

TrackVia Cannot Be Matched

I was amazed with TrackVia’s ability to combine ease of use, platform flexibility, and powerful features. I built a fully customized customer support solution in less than one day and rolled it into production the following day! TrackVia has incorporated a lot of forward thinking into its product. They have developed a very simple user interface on top of a feature rich relational database that can be securely accessed and shared over the web. We have barely tapped the surface of TrackVia’s capabilities. We continue to find more processes and solutions that can be optimized through TrackVia’s platform.

I Don't Know How I Did It Before TackVia

We first looked at WebOffice but found that it just didn’t allow us the flexibility to make the changes we needed. It didn’t have enough features for us. I looked at QuickBase, but there were too many limitations, including tight restrictions and extra fees for records and users. Pricing was clearly going to be an issue, resulting in questionable ROI. After researching different players in the cloud database market, I decided to implement TrackVia. Within a couple of days we could start to see the benefits of changing to TrackVia.

TrackVia Has Become the Backbone of Our Office

When I first came across TrackVia, I knew this was the solution for me. It was refreshing to come across a database that I could not only learn quickly with limited IT knowledge but also get up and running in no time. TrackVia has become the backbone of our office. Each piece of information essential to managing our listings and our client relationships is handled by TrackVia. From our client database to our property listings, html emails and lease tracking, TrackVia handles it all with ease. Also, TrackVia has virtually eliminated our need for a VPN. Brokers can access property information and brochures from anywhere with an internet connection, no matter what time of day.

Vitually All of My Requirements Met Out of the Box

I’ve been using personal computers since the late ‘70’s. By far, TrackVia is the easiest to use and best support product I’ve ever encountered. I’ve worked with Intuit, Microsoft, Filemaker, and dozens of other software firms. I was accustomed to either bracing myself for a long day ‘on hold’ or simply receiving a ‘form letter’ response. My experience with TrackVia was refreshingly different. TrackVia’s OnLine Database – Professional Edition met virtually all of my requirements out of the box. TrackVia’s user-based subscription pricing model is economical. We don’t have to buy software, discs, updates, or anything else. TrackVia delivers SaaS economies and benefits as advertised. This is a success story – for them, for CMEA, and for our entrepreneurs.
