Poor Communications and Support

We have been using Zendesk integration in our product for 2 years. Zendesk shut down an API we were using with no email warning to us because our "usage levels didn't hit a certain threshold".

Far too expensive

Uservoice is great but it's far too expensive. I will be paying upwards of $2400 a year for two agents and customizing my css/HTML.
