100Hires is by far the easiest ATS I have ever used in terms of applicant tracking, pipelining, taking notes, and adding candidates in the database. It saves up time and cost when it comes to profiling the right candidate in a specific job order.

I can't say anything yet. So far so good! My experience with this tool has been great.

I liked the UI, the AI and storage capacity of the ATS and the detailed attention given by the 100Hires team in terms of customer response.

Nothing much, its pretty competitive and good, may be storage can improve later.

100Hires is very user-friendly tool that everyone would love using to. It caters all the recruiting processes from the very first step until the very last one. It is easy to navigate and would recommend to my peers.

For now, everything looks good and will recommend something sooner.

Apart from the fact that the ATS is easy to navigate, it's ability to import profiles from other professional website like LinkedIn, GitHub, is what makes it a top-notch ATS for me. As someone who has sourced for hard-to-fill roles, being able to get everything in the same place is amazing. Also, its inbuilt email campaign is also a very outstanding feature. I would recommend 100hires anytime!

The UI design can be better. The team should make the design a bit better than it is now, so it can be more attractive.

- User friendly - Budget friendly - Maximum features in 1 platform and it's still growing - Ready Database of candidates and Job Description templates - Integrated Job Boards i.e. Monster.com, careerjet etc - Chrome extension for LinkedIn profiles

- Customized option to select required features and a custom pricing. - The after selection onboarding part is still weak.

I like that it's straight forward and user-friendly. A first-time user will not have issues navigating the system. I also like the Evaluation form where the recruiters can easily assess the candidate's skills and weaknesses.

One thing that I shared is the lack of ability to view the resume directly from the candidate page. You have to go to the candidate profile to view the resume. If this can be an added feature, it will be helpful to make resume reviews easier.

Customization and flexibility - allows users to customize the hiring process by defining tag, fields, and pipeline stages.

Everything is fine to me. It's a great platform.

I think it is a user friendly ATS where you can drag and drop functions to make life easier. I like the LinkedIn integration element where you can easily add people onto the ATS (Multiple people) in a matter of seconds

Wouldnt neccesarily say down sides but I am keen to know more on the GDPR element on how we can ensure my business is protecting data and abiding by regulatory legislation.

_ The UI and UX of the platform are up to a satisfactory level. - The chrome extension provided will reduce the amount of work taken to add candidate data manually, adding bulk candidate information is indeed the best one. - Candidate stage tracking is a lot easier to update and understand.

- No integration with job boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice etc - Dashboards of the tasks that is carried out. - Manager/Team lead collaboration (different section) to access and track the team performance and handling.

The link between multiple portals and the integration. The ability to link and connect and communicate with candidate. Customization of information, time that it takes to complete all of this is so minimal.

Nothing specific. Makes everything for a recruiter possible under 1 umbrella.

The 100Hires ATS has an easy feature that's very useful for recruiters like me.

The software is very easy to use, you can navigate it more easily than what we had previously.

The most important feature of 100 hires is the integration with google chrome and you can make your candidate pipeline and database very easily.The feature of this ATS you may find very rare in the ATS we have in current market.

I didn't see dislike about the 100hire but I would recommend to make the ATS faster.That's all.

I would like to say 100hires is the best ATS. I love how easy it is to use and integrated with Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and many job boards. It has helped me a lot in my recruitment process and database management. Additionally, it saves me a lot of time by importing candidates' details from LinkedIn. The Power of Chrome Extensions is really abnormal. Highly recommending the 100hires to all recruiters.

There is a scope for work in its interface and dashboard.

Its is well put together! 100Hires have everything you need,. It is well integrated to all other applications systems from Email, job boards and social media.

Nothing at this moment and if I see something I will comment and let you all know.

This ATS is easy to use, and I found it very helpful. This ATS helped me to get my candidate's information every time. I managed jobs on this ATS, it helped me recruit a good candidate for the job.

It is easy to use and makes my work very ease.

The options were great and the ease of use is a very competitive feature that can be available on an ATS. the tracking options and extracting CVS out of the recruitment platforms is amazing I would highly recommend using it

like any other applications it requires some training to get used and excel the app.

It is really good ATS , i must say that all in one ATS. We can track applicants , schedule meeting , Database Management Etc.. so many features are there. Would like to refer this ATS to many companies :)

So far no cons as of now. Whatever we need being recruiter everything is in this ATS

At this time I cannot find any cons about this system.

Easy to understand and use, good tools that will make your job easier and quicker, and great google extension for LinkedIn and not only.

All is great, didnt find any mistakes or lags.

I mostly liked the appearance of the ATS and tracking the candidate's stage. I also like having an easy access to downloading CVS files so to enrich your own data easily.

I think that a candidate's profile can be a little more informative (I mean other links to social media. etc)

I really liked the chrome extension feature which helps to import candidates from LinkedIn with their contact details & pdf profiles & also facilitates maintaining notes & qualifying candidates.

I didn't notice anything in particular that I didn't like. It is aligned with most of the ATS currently in the market.

I absolutely enjoyed the seamless navigation of the platform, its ability to integrate easily with other applications and produce relevant reporting and analytics is key to the effectiveness of my role.

I am yet to come across this aspect. I have mostly enjoyed navigating this.
