Overall, I had a great experince using 100Hires.

Pros

I liked that the ATS is able to pair with an extension to Linkedin and other platforms. Also, being able to upload the JD on other job search platforms for ease.

Cons

There is nothing I didn't like, there are some extras that are very helpful, however some of the features are present in other ATS's ive used.

Great ATS, it is going to compete to others in the market.

Pros

The chrome extension is just one of the best ones I've used. Really complete in term of the information that appears in your screen and works with different systems not only LinkedIn

Cons

The design should have other colors or guides that can show you in a more visual way the changes you have made.

Pros

100Hires is by far the easiest ATS I have ever used in terms of applicant tracking, pipelining, taking notes, and adding candidates in the database. It saves up time and cost when it comes to profiling the right candidate in a specific job order.

Cons

I can't say anything yet. So far so good! My experience with this tool has been great.

Its been absolutely fantastic, liked the team of members whom I have interacted with, who pay attention to every need of ours. this ATS will make it BIG!

Pros

I liked the UI, the AI and storage capacity of the ATS and the detailed attention given by the 100Hires team in terms of customer response.

Cons

Nothing much, its pretty competitive and good, may be storage can improve later.

Pros

100Hires is very user-friendly tool that everyone would love using to. It caters all the recruiting processes from the very first step until the very last one. It is easy to navigate and would recommend to my peers.

Pros

Apart from the fact that the ATS is easy to navigate, it's ability to import profiles from other professional website like LinkedIn, GitHub, is what makes it a top-notch ATS for me. As someone who has sourced for hard-to-fill roles, being able to get everything in the same place is amazing. Also, its inbuilt email campaign is also a very outstanding feature. I would recommend 100hires anytime!

Cons

The UI design can be better. The team should make the design a bit better than it is now, so it can be more attractive.

A great ATS on the making. Better to get associated early by start-ups and small / medium enterprise for price benefits.

Pros

- User friendly - Budget friendly - Maximum features in 1 platform and it's still growing - Ready Database of candidates and Job Description templates - Integrated Job Boards i.e. Monster.com, careerjet etc - Chrome extension for LinkedIn profiles

Cons

- Customized option to select required features and a custom pricing. - The after selection onboarding part is still weak.

Overall, I really like the system and the pricing is just right for its features.

Pros

I like that it's straight forward and user-friendly. A first-time user will not have issues navigating the system. I also like the Evaluation form where the recruiters can easily assess the candidate's skills and weaknesses.

Cons

One thing that I shared is the lack of ability to view the resume directly from the candidate page. You have to go to the candidate profile to view the resume. If this can be an added feature, it will be helpful to make resume reviews easier.

Great Product

It allows you to track candidates and map out interviews in one place whilst easily obtaining data that allows my recruitment business to be able to deliver effectively.

Pros

I think it is a user friendly ATS where you can drag and drop functions to make life easier. I like the LinkedIn integration element where you can easily add people onto the ATS (Multiple people) in a matter of seconds

Cons

Wouldnt neccesarily say down sides but I am keen to know more on the GDPR element on how we can ensure my business is protecting data and abiding by regulatory legislation.

_ The UI and UX of the platform are up to a satisfactory level. - The chrome extension provided will reduce the amount of work taken to add candidate data manually, adding bulk candidate information is indeed the best one. - Candidate stage tracking is a lot easier to update and understand.

Cons

- No integration with job boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice etc - Dashboards of the tasks that is carried out. - Manager/Team lead collaboration (different section) to access and track the team performance and handling.

The link between multiple portals and the integration. The ability to link and connect and communicate with candidate. Customization of information, time that it takes to complete all of this is so minimal.

Cons

The most important feature of 100 hires is the integration with google chrome and you can make your candidate pipeline and database very easily.The feature of this ATS you may find very rare in the ATS we have in current market.

Overall, It has been a tremendous experience.

Pros

I would like to say 100hires is the best ATS. I love how easy it is to use and integrated with Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and many job boards. It has helped me a lot in my recruitment process and database management. Additionally, it saves me a lot of time by importing candidates' details from LinkedIn. The Power of Chrome Extensions is really abnormal. Highly recommending the 100hires to all recruiters.

Cons

There is a scope for work in its interface and dashboard.

I mostly liked the appearance of the ATS and tracking the candidate's stage. I also like having an easy access to downloading CVS files so to enrich your own data easily.

Pros

I absolutely enjoyed the seamless navigation of the platform, its ability to integrate easily with other applications and produce relevant reporting and analytics is key to the effectiveness of my role.

Cons

I am yet to come across this aspect. I have mostly enjoyed navigating this.
