Aidium's system is outstanding, but their customer service, especially [sensitive content hidden] - puts them over the top. Don't look any further for your CRM solutions than Aidium.

I had an extremely poor experience with this company and their customer service has basically become unresponsive. I have moved my database elsewhere.
Poor customer service. Buggy system. Unusable on a daily basis.
Most of the reviews listed on this site were for Whiteboard which was bought out and is no longer available. I was a Whiteboard User for Years and it was bought out and no longer available

Waste of money, too restrictive with their contracts, not proactive in finding solutions or making it "right" for their customers.
The sales rep was very good at highlighting what potential features were under R&D. Definitely a case of over-promising and under-delivering.
The knowledge base is sparse at best. If you run into any issues, you have to submit a ticket. There really isn't self-solve solutions. But when tickets are submitted, you just get an auto response and a mediocre response from customer service. There isn't a dedicated rep that will make sure your problems are solved.The UI is so clunky. Very little is customizable. And when asking the customer...

Following up being automated is a life changer!
First of all the Owner and Managers are real people and they really care about their customers. They care deeply for innovation and it shows! The software is so simple to understand but also very powerful. Other softwares are so difficult to learn but Whiteboard makes it so pleasant that you WANT to use it. It is also visually appealing which is important.
Hoping for Kanban View in the future for deals but that would just be a bonus. I don't have anything I dislike about working on WB.

Having a CRM is like having another employee. Worth every penny. I have used different mortgage CRM programs over the years. Whiteboard is the best I have come across. For sure worth the money. I have my whole team using it and never had any problems with new users learning the platform. I haven't been able to print from the system for over year year so they are losing a star for that. I think is insane that they wont let you print anything. Also they have been telling me for years they are working on the reports but nothing has changed. If they fix those two things I would be 5 stars all the way.

I love everything about Whiteboard. I've used the "big name" ones before but the learning curve is crazy and I Whiteboard offers a total package at a great price. WB is easy to use and their support is fantastic! Plus I have my own dedicated account manager that's a badass and he's helped me tremendously to learn this software but more importantly to implement it on a day to day basis. Also, the ongoing support is amazing. As I continuously want to improve my communication with my referral partners, I constantly reach out to him and he's there to assist me with a smile. The ease of use is incredible from a lead, to a prospect, to a client, to a funded loan. I highly recommend WB! Thanks guys!

Whiteboard is perfect for our smaller platform and is able to grow as we do. It keeps us in front of our clients (past, present and potential) and is a great way for us to stay organized and on top of our pipeline. Amazing support and training from the get-go. Now with the mobile app its even better!! Spent a ton of time researching other companies but couldn't be happier with Whiteboard CRM!
The support and training are exceptional. I know I'll always get a response and a designated time to teach me more if I can't figure something out.
I didn't like that there wasn't a mobile application for me to use on the go- BUT that has been solved!

I have really enjoyed using Whiteboard. It have help keep our business more organized.
I am fairly new to the world of CRMs, but I will say Whiteboard has been a great business decision. It helps keep my business on target. I input the information and Whiteboard sends out texts, emails, reminds etc. I have it set up for emails to be sent out to my partners on a regular basis and Whiteboard gets it done. Working with REP has been great as well.
Wouldn't say this is a con, but I'd love to see some educational videos. I know there is more to the Whiteboard that could help my business. Some how to videos great!

Like my title said, GAME CHANGER!
Whiteboard has been an absolute Game Changer for our company. The ease of use is by far the best part of the software. We have tried multiple CRMs in the past and our LO's were never willing to buy in to the system because it was "too much work." I think this is due to an amazing team training us headed up. From a managers point of view, I love the pipeline for referrers. Being able to track the amount of money each lead source/referrer brings into the company helps us decide who is worth investing back into.
I can't think of something that we don't like about the software, but a couple of things that I wish it could do (and it might and I haven't realized it yet) If we could text our LO's reminders instead of emailing them that would be awesome. Creating content for new custom campaigns could be a little easier/intuitive, but once rep showed me how, it is very easy to understand.

We have had a great experience over the past few years using this program. On the rare occasion we can't figure something out (very user friendly platform) we reach out to Whiteboard support and get an answer back very quickly!
Our team really loves the ability to send out campaigns at the click of a button to our partners and/or our database via texting from our landline number. This is a really neat feature that we use multiple times a month!
I don't feel that we have any notable cons at this time.

GOAT!!! I love the continuous development. WB is always looking for ways to improve and their not just talking about it. They plan and execute consistently. It gets better each day and I can't say enough about how easy it is to use.
I love that this CRM does it all for me. I literally click a button or enter a few data points and the CRM takes it from there. Earlier this year, I had someone from back in 2015 reach out and thanked me for staying in touch and that they were ready to buy. I hadn't done a thing. Whiteboard did it all. And, i was able to get that client back to the realtor partner who originally sent them. From more...
Drawing a blank. Having the ability to text has been another game changer. Tons of conversion through text. Best part of it is that they're texting my business line and not my cell.

Since using WB (June, 2017) I have increased my personal production to have my best year ever (2018) and am on pace this year to surpass 2018 with a 50% increase! The best part of the CRM is the ability to install and utilize "playbooks" with pre-designed and editable campaigns. I think the biggest hurdle with any CRM is getting it set up so that it works for you. In the past it would take weeks to complete a few basic campaigns only to discover that they weren't effective or didn't accomplish what you wanted. With Whiteboard I am able to install a playbook, review the campaigns, customize my collateral and start implementation in just a couple days.
Until they added a mobile app that was a con. Now it's actually a huge positive. Also, when we first started using it we couldn't directly import FNM files into the system so my team would have to do dual data entry but they have since added that functionality as well as the ability to link directly with many of the most popular LOS out there. I guess I'm saying that I don't have any cons right now!
