If the representative is not able to answer my question, they create a ticket on my behalf for the team to follow up on.

I am still trying to learn it so not sure about cons yet other than i wish it would integrate with the knot.com and wedding wire for my leads so we don't have to put them in manually but i believe that is because those companies won't allow an outside company.

Apptivo undertook customisation of the Opportunity, Project and Cases Apps for us to mirror our engineering project process and supplier relationships to order to centralise and provide visibility of opportunity pipeline, project status and problem areas, in addition to being a daily productivity and collaboration tool for the external sales team.  

We heavily customised what the product is capable of, syncing it with our Xero accounting package as well as Office 365.

I explained all this to them and about my situation but they still said no.

DO NOT sign up for this product unless you are very sure it's the right one for you.
