Sophisticated & cehap sales and marketing tool

Many businesses may control their customer experience to achieve consistent revenue growth.

Pros

You may enter notes and personal information for each contact.It is useful for keeping connections up to date and relevant.They are open to client criticism and aim to adjust swiftly.

Cons

There is no uniformity between the applications.Importing new addresses is difficult. They offer an importer however I've found that manually adding them is sometimes quicker.

Live chat - great facility for Apptivo users

Apptivo is easy to use and very accessible. The customer support (thru chat) is excellent. repeating UI patterns is making usability very easy. Enjoyed onboarding myself onto the tool.

Pros

I enjoy the live chat that I have with HelpDesk. Having a searchable end user doc would be great. But, its lack is not so significantly felt with chatbot.

Cons

Need a searchable, keyword based help docs - Configuring of Apptivo requires us to know few keywords and terms that the software uses. Having easy, admin, config level documentation for various usecases would greatly help. Quick onboarding guide; Linking more sales & support teams to a single customer and vice versa; auto-triggering a welcome letter; creating an automated contract sign-off workflow ... are some examples of what can be added as docs
