As a web-based solution, Apptoto gives users the flexibility to manage appointment reminders anytime, anywhere, via any internet-enabled device. Designed to work within the user’s existing workflow and calendar, Apptoto supports integration with multiple systems including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Office 365, iCloud, Salesforce, and more. Apptoto allows users to connect their existing calendar, then extract contact information, before setting up a very customized set of messages and a reminder schedule. Once customers confirm their attendance or reschedule their booking, Apptoto updates the user’s calendar automatically.
