Trial for multi-office company

Pros

I like that the project management aspect of this software is construction-specific. There are a number of generic software systems out there, but you need to work hard to figure out the best way to make it work for our industry. It's nice that this is already figured out to be useful without a lot of setup.

Cons

It still needs to iron out some user-interface issues. I did find it hard to figure out how to quickly go back-and-forth between different projects and pages. It's very possible that I will learn it over time (as I only started working with it this past weekend). I'd also like to see a client app that they can use for ease of interaction, etc. Again, maybe it's out there and I haven't yet discovered it....

Pros

customer support is awesome. Love the scheduling and project logging, we use it everyday. Trying to make use of the other pro features. We dont engage our subs using the software (too intrusive) but internally we are beginning to create a system using CO.

Cons

with many jobs going on, stuff like internal to do's are tough to keep organized. Wish the apps were not all separate.
