Pros
Their support team is quite helpful and responsive. It's my understanding that they will actually take feedback and suggestions and consider implementing them, which is reassuring and beneficial.
Their support team is responsive and friendly. We love that they are Canadian and are competitive functionality-wise with the well-known American providers.
From the various templates to the intricate automations, this mailing platform is complete. Plus, the CyberImpact customer service is outstanding.
Cons
Nothing I can think about was negative about CYBERIMPACT.
Which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.
When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.

Email service review

Reviewed 5 years ago

Great experience and would recommend the service.

Pros

Ease of use and adding of recipients and the look of the emails once finished. Team very responsive if there are questions or issues.

Cons

Could make adding files more intuitive aka easy. When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support . We did get great customer support for this when it happened that 70 email addresses were rejected. Not sure if it happens again if this continues. However the team is very responsive to customer needs.

Good capabilities for the price

Reviewed 4 months ago
Pros

The ease of use. I am not much of a techy but am able to use Cyberimpact with little trouble.

Cons

That I can't set a standard font and font colour to use on all my mailings, I have to manually change it all the time, if I change links in a block to a certain colour, then add a new link - it does not automatically change to the colour of the rest of the links. I sometimes wish there were some more block options.

Vendor response

Hi Darryl, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it's much appreciated. Your suggestions have been forwarded to our team, thanks for sharing!

Hospital Auxiliary Fundraising

Reviewed a year ago

I am satisfied with the program, it does provide the service I need. However, as mentioned above I would like to option to freestyle occasionally

Pros

Ease of use and setup. Once I became familiar with the program updating and sending out eblasts was reasonably routine.

Cons

Would like to have freestyle type of option. Photos and text where ever and when even I choose

Vendor response

Hello David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it is much appreciated!

Cyberimpact Review

Reviewed 5 years ago
Pros

I love that Cyberimpact is a Canadian company, and partnered with the CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Business). They understand and have implemented strict compliance policies for the Canadian anti-spam Act which you don't get through most of the better known email marketing services. The platform is easy to use and has great reporting and statistics for your mailings. I use Cyberimpact to send out our monthly newsletter and birthday discount coupons, which are fairly basic templates, but there are many features that could take my mailings to another level if I wanted.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences with Cyberimpact

Vendor response

Thank you Melissa for taking the time to leave a comment!
