Overall our experience with Comprehensive Services is very good. There is plenty of support and a wealth of information we have access to. Everybody at ADP is working hard to give the support we need and most smaller issues that come up are not disrupting our operation. 

Great service for all payroll and HR needs for small and large companies alike

Take my advice, outsourcing is NOT always teh answer.  Things make look golden on paper and in "demo mode", but live on the floor during  peak buisness hours, you do not have time to 'troubleshoot' a ADP ticket for teh 1,000th time.

We use ADP to track attendance, submit expense reports, and receive payslips and other HR documentation.  Recently we switched to a more complete implementation of a competing system, and it feels much more solid and user-friendly.

Somewhat convoluted interface, probably overkill for our needs

I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it flows from HR to Payroll seamlessly.  I also like that there's a customer service number with options to choose depending what areas (HR, Payroll, Compliance, Reporting, Tax, etc.) you need help in. Overall, the service has been good and worth the extra money. As our team has improved and become certified, I am beginning to feel that we have outgrown this product.

It is user friendly, and the customer service is good if you need help. It has many options and solutions for your business.
