Expensive and underpowered

Painful. Users describe their time using the software as "punishment". I have implemented several boxed ERP solutions and this one, by far, was the worst and longest lasting go-live experience.

Pros

AC4D and PSA are actually pretty good as stand alone software.

Cons

Radius is comprised of old antiquated software, has issues communicating with other integrations, and multiple disconnect issues that bring production to a halt. Frequently throws unhandled exceptions leaving administrators digging through the lacking "community" for answers. If you implement this software, I highly recommend writing your own wiki for issues as it will save you time. It does not...
