Folks HRIS centralizes employee records, onboarding, time-off management, training tracking, document management with e-signatures, and HR analytics. Configurable for provincial employment standards across all Canadian provinces and territories, with employee self-service access.

Folks ATS — powered by the 2024 Glow Talents acquisition — features AI-driven resume parsing and candidate matching. Post to Canadian job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobillico, Isarta, Talent.com, CareerBeacon) from one place, track candidates through customizable pipeline stages, and collaborate with hiring managers. New hires flow directly into HRIS onboarding without re-entering data.

Folks Payroll handles Canadian payroll natively: CRA remittances, T4 and RL-1 generation, ROE filing to Service Canada, CPP/QPP/CPP2 and EI deductions, multi-province income tax calculations, WSIB/WCB, Ontario EHT, and direct deposit. Employee data, hours, and absences sync from HRIS automatically — no third-party payroll provider needed.

SOC 2 Type 2 certified since November 2024. All data hosted exclusively in Canada, governed by PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 — outside US CLOUD Act jurisdiction. Integrates with Payworks, Nethris, Agendrix, Evolia, Applauz, QuickBooks, and Xero. Backed by Desjardins Capital and BDC Capital.
