I liked the overall layout of the interface and thought the part tracking feature would be very helpful for our organization.
I was extremely disappointed in the customer service from the team. After receiving our trial, we tried to create new procedures but did not have the proper roles assigned to us to do so. Every time we asked for help with that, we were ignored.
