Successfully implemented several enterprise-wide software packages using this tool as the primary point of coordination.
Over the years, I have worked on teams that have utilized many different project management tools. JIRA is the best in my experience for large projects with many team members.I have used JIRA for several large-scale software implementations and found that it was the most effective tool for easily tracking project progress, identifying tasks to be completed, and facilitating group discussions on outstanding issues.
I do wish there was an easier way to prioritize tasks. There are times where I've had to scroll through multiple tasks to determine what needs to be tackled first.

When the number of staff is increasing, we faced challenges to manage staff. Because we don't have a clear idea about who is free. Also the same time, we are forced to work from home because of the pandemic. So we discussed different project management tools and decided to use Jira. That was one of our best decision.
It is very easy to create tasks from Jira. The task creation option is always visible on top. Also there are multiple project types for different kinds of companies.
In some areas, it has steep learning curve.

It's been a good experience. It includes all the necessary features for work and project management. It gives you visibility of everything and you can have numerous widgets or dashboards that make your job easier.
Tasks assignment are good, mentions or tags on comments and you can edit all of your changes too, in case you missed anything or in case something has changed, then everyone involved in that task will receive a notification about the latest modification.
It would be great to be able to assign comments.

Jira Work Management is a collaboration tools, by using Jira work management - project tracking and maintaince becomes too easy. - best part i feel wow in calendar view and Timeline view. - Report analysis is the great feature which help user to analyze their project. - Task management , bug tracking , bug reporting, time tracking quite easy.
Jira work management is doing great in its area, but sometimes i personally feel that notification got miss if there is any changes or updation in particular ticket.

Jira software is very flexible and collaborates well with other tools used in our product management. Helping us to get the overall project management view sprint on sprint at both Scrum team level and project management teams level.
Some tools like XRay, etc are integrated inside Jira software instead of keeping it as separate server and forcing us to buy the add-on tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on our instance, as Test team size and development team size varies in any organization and simply doubles the number of users in a license cost even though same number of users using both Jira and Xray.

I use this tool to manage projects and connect with the project team. I'm really satisfied with this when it comes to project management.
It is really easy to track projects and its tasks and it specially help me to organize my works. Easy issue tracking, roadmap tracking and reporting are some of the features that I use.
Configuration part was somewhat difficult for me when I started using this but with the time I was able to handle it.

The best part about Jira software is it can integrate with many other tools like Gitlab, Google Docs, Slack, etc. Also all the teams in the organization can smoothly manage their tasks efficiently with the help of this tool.
This tool is a bit complicated for first time users. So, it is time consuming to learn operating the software.

I've been using JIRA as part of team collaboration and sprint planning. It's a great tool to give you visibility of what others are working on and how you can work together. We use it across different teams and I can just create a ticket (task) so that the right person works on it. We can also use it to communicate the details of each task and what we need from each other. I also used it in the past for time tracking which helped me share my projects and the time they take with my team. It feels like a tool that can be useful in so many ways, you just need to spend the right time on it to understand all its capabilities.
It's very easy to plan a whole project from the initial concept to the planning on how the team can work together. I also like the different views of each board
It takes some time to understand how it works and use all its features. I sometimes don't get all the notifications on my email.

- Jira Work Management is tool which helps us to running any business very smooth.- It helps us by keeping and showing proper track of everything like work process, activity etc.- It also helps in generating reports which shows the actual fact about stage of project.- We can also extract reports in any file format and name.- It gives full access control and also mobile friendly tool.
- Jira Work Management tool is very expensive in market as compared with other similar tool present in the market.- It is not so much scalable.- User Interface can be made user friendly i.e. easy to use and learn.

We use JIRA for Project Management work and documentation. Sometimes we find the use of icons confusing. I wish there were more labels. Also it can be slow to tag someone if you have many users

The ability to help organize projects in an efficient manner and scope it out. Integrations with Github allow you to track all issues in a single place.
Github integration not as friendly as Waffle.io but more powerful application across multiple projects

My tool of choice
You can get started in various forms of issue/team management quickly. Great integration into Confluence for documentation.
Advanced features can take a while to learn. Licensing can be limiting as it's on a per-user basis.

Overall pretty good
We use Jira to handle our bugs and it works pretty well, easy to use and no bugs detected so far. It's ok for our small 25 people team
UI could be more exciting, we're not aware of new features - there is no integration with Slack and reports are really not good and clear enough

Good usability. Friendly support staff
Able to assign work to others quite easily. Can monitor status and send taks back and forth to collaborate
Color changing so each person could quickly identify their own task
